Gps Speedometer

I've tried a few speedo apps as the one on my car is inoperative. I never found one I liked better than the thunder speedo. Until now. This is a great app, very clean and attractive layout, with lots of extra info. Really nice. Just FYI, the free version has continuous flashing blinking ads defacing the attractive layout. Possibly dangerously distracting. My eyes kept looking over instinctively wanting to see what's flashing. Some in a wreck may have a case for a suit. Just sayin'... But this is a really nice app. I'll be buying the full version, and I never buy apps!

It works really well especially since I don't have dash lights right now but I tested it during the day where I could see my Dash my speedometer and compared it to the app it's one or two miles off every now and then but it all depends on where you're at and everything else but my experience with this app is relatively good

The advertising on this app serves malware. One ad in particular claims, "3 VIRUSES FOUNDED!"

Looks good; but far from accurate. Ran constant speed using cruise control. App speed fluctated reading driving 15 to 25 plus klms slower. Ad for virus phone scan comes up saying to run now. Deleting from my apps.

To know your current speed is while travelking in train bus or any vehicle is good option for speed lover. You can calculate your journey average time according. App consumes alot of battery and took a while to run on real till actual speed dealy is 2-5 sec which can be acceptable. Otherwise its great app

Installed it on my old samsung galaxy s2 as I dont mind leaving that in the car but it never shows any speed.

Great app. Other apps were slow and clunky, this one is reasonably fast to refresh and seems to be pretty accurate

There is problem when the speed hits 60km per hour doesn't show accurately

If you don't mind getting redirected to an ad EVERY time you open or return to the app, then this can be a cool app.

I use the app when i ride my motorcycle n it has yet to fail me!!

It was working now it says nothing but zeros please fix it

I knew the speedometer was off in my mom's minivan and this matched an actual GPS as well as a state trooper speed trap. altimeter readings were nifty to see.

Its best for when your speedometer doesn't work. This app is so awesome, I highly recommend it.

Ad comes up say your phone is infected. Run scan now! I uninstalled & re installed. They need to check their ads better. I uninstalled a second time. I also checked ALL other programs while it was installed & uninstalled. There is little doubt that it came from the speedometer program. Ultimately i installed again for temp use but will uninstall 3rd & final time in a little bit.

my cars speedometer sensor went out (can't tell how fast I'm going)and I don't have time to work on it in the dead of winter and who needs speeding tickets. I found the app to run great and as far as I could tell accurate among the other drivers next to me. I'm happy it stayed forced open and didn't disappear while I drive. app works great on my android. I love it and am thankful it's a free app.

This app is suffering life a lot of android apps. It started out with a nice feature set many years and they slowly take them away in an attempt to shake you down for some money to buy the pro version, and add a boatload of ads on the free version and took all options away. I would recommend avoiding this app, is barely useful anymore and is just a speedometer, it's not meant to be a money maker.

This app is pretty good. Its dead accurate with 3 differnt vehicles i have and showed me that my truck is off 5mph. You guys should make a device that people can buy for if there speedometer gose out.

Put bigger tires on my car and used this and a actual GPS device to check my speedometer in my car and saw that the speedometer was only a couple miles off which was surprising considering it has 300000

Worked the first time i tried it but stayed at zero after that and I needed to restart phone to clear it.

Works well, very readable display, nice multifunction, quick to come on and click the function, click to terminate with no residual drain on battery.

For the last couple of months it doesn't work right. Im about ready to uninstall it.

Most of thw world measures speed in kph. Why would you not have that option?

My speed odometer quit working this seems to be very accurate

The only thing I would like to see is a 500 or 600 mph scale. I use this often when I'm flying to see how high and how fast we are going.

Actually gets a GPS fix under 2 minutes and works well. It would be nice to have a smoother, more frequently updated speed.

Where is the option for kph when most of the world measures speed using it?

Does not WORK!!

I see mixed reviews about this, but it's worked for me on four different devices - from an old Moto Flipside up to a brand new LG G3 - with no hiccups. Yes, there are banner ads, but they're small enough not to interfere. Works well for what it is too - updates constantly and smoothly, not choppy at all even on older RAM deficient devices. Like all speedo apps though its murder on battery life. Definitely needs to be on the charger when using for any extended time.

This has never worked for me... On this version nor the pro version... Waste of my money....
