Linx Terminal brings you the Linux terminal functionality on your phone with simple to use interface for all droid phones.
With System Tools ,you can perform various test including Root access and Cpu tests,check all detailed information needed about your phone.
All information you need such as Cpu and Memory usage of your phone, you can easily monitor your resources.
You can install external applications from you sdcard including internal storage(Usb Storage) or simply attach and send them via email for sharing.
Log all your commands and outputs easily on your sdcard and share via email.

Tried this for about a minute as I'm seeing a bug in CM11 where the default terminal won't accept input after switching apps from and back to it. Unfortunately this app is the ugliest thing I've ever seen and it just doesn't make sense. Why the two start/play buttons? What do all the horrible icons mean? If you are looking for a terminal emulator, look elsewhere.

This thing included an ad-banner on the screen! I uninstalled it immediately. Also, I wanted a basic linux-term, this is NOT a traditional term.

Terry, maybe you should check a dictionary before saying 1 thing is something else "by definition". Malware is "by definition" malicious. Adware is not (usually) malicious, especially when a dev openly states that ads are present. Fantastic app.

makes it easy to copy-paste frequently used commands instead of having to input whole lines every time (or blindly pasting like in conventional terminals). also it allows to change characters easily in the input window in order to change command attributes (something i can't do in other terminals). maybe geeks enjoy typing everything every time they need to run a simple command but normal people surely prefer the usage easiness this application provides. request: save recently/frequently used commands. tvm!

When coming from working in a terminal/shell/command prompt, this apps is very clumsy, as pressing enter does not parse your command into the terminal... so if you are ok with then, when you press play, it does not clear your last command so you can type a new one... this is a poor design. if you want your last command, pressing up should bring it up. this is a poor excuse for a terminal.
