I only got to the 'add a profile picture' part of the sign-up process. When I added my picture the 'submit' button did not work so I couldn't even access the app. Please fix as I would like to use it.

Utterly woeful! This is barely at beta stage yet I'm expected to use it through an agency?? Force closes all the time. Takes 7 or 8 attempts to actually sign a contract. Where are the updates and bug fixes?? One word to describe this app, garbage (the politest I could use).

Poorly programmed, hardware demanding app that doesn't work half of the time. It probably sounded good on paper, but such an automated mechanism isn't the best way to hire people for temporary work. The only way this can work is if the app would be moderated by real people. What stops someone on setting up fake accounts, taking jobs and not showing up? I doubt, that employers go through the profiles of each worker they hire, it's supposed to be the job of the agency, like Adecco. So stop forcing your workers to use the app that doesn't work half of the time and gives you a bad rep in the long run.

I'm really struggling with this app...I am experiencing a variety of issues starting with the contract of employment that I can only sign without viewing, instead I get an error message. Secondly, after signing the contract and receiving a copy via email (the only way I can actually read it) with the details of the assignment, my shift does not appear on Adia at all and I am now confused whether the shift has been cancelled as I have not received any sort of notification. Thirdly, I applied for 3 jobs, got confirmation on the screen, and a couple of hours later when I checked Adia again it looked like I had not applied at all and the same jobs were available to apply for again. Lastly, the map on the job advert is basically non-existent (it's a blue rectangle, despite the app being allowed access to location, storage etc.) and the job description is cut in half, I can only read the first 2 lines if the description is longer than that. Personally I feel like I am missing out on a lot of job opportunities seeing the system pretty much deletes my shifts and my applications. Fix it please. Screenshots available on request.
