Tune your guitar, uke, violin, … in fact any musical instrument with the speed, accuracy and comfort of true strobe tuning! Simply sound the note to be tuned; it will instantly be recognised and displayed prominently. The strobe ring around it shows through its rotation and color whether you're flat, sharp, or in tune.

After struggling with Cleartune for almost two years - an app that boasts a large following of professional musicians - but I grew tired of watching a jumpy needle attempt to register a pitch, and I was the only person tuning in the room (I play lever harp) - I chose LinoStobe....why? I know several handpan tuners who use Linotune to tune handpans and enthusiastically recommended this product. It's easy to read and hones down the pitch so it can be manipulated on my instrument. I highly recommend this app!

Worked perfectly fine only a few times, but a lot of times it would freeze up and I had to go into my settings to force stop it to be able to restart it to try using again. Or it would close on its own mid-use with the error message: "Linostrobe has stopped working". This is the only app I've ever paid money for and am regretting it since I bought it a week ago. There has to be better apps out there...dont pay a cent for this one! (I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S4)

Several months ago it stopped showing different colors for flat and sharp. I removed and reinstalled it but it did not help. I sent in a problem ticket but did not get anything to help for the paid version.

Yea it's a great app. Only thing is I can't get it to register a stable *E2* while tuning guitar 6th string . Jumps between E2,E3 and E5 erratically. Not that it's a big deal at all. I've tried muting all other strings, tried multiple guitars. All same. Only hertz I've had issue with. does great tuning handpan, fundamental, oct+har. :)

As a steel pan and handpan tuner, I love this app. I use it to tune other instruments as well due to it's accuracy. I have confirmed it's accuracy with a Peterson 520 strobe tuner; it's amazingly accurate! There is virtually no delay at all. When I used to have an iPhone I bought Peterson app to tune things, but it had delay issues; linotune doesn't! I seriously could not ask for a better product and price. Thanks!!!
