WOOD TV8 - Grand Rapids News

I just want to see the weather and the local news headlines. Not constant ads. Also, please bury the things I am looking for further in to your ad web with every update.

Apparently WOOD can't make an original app and had to copy WZZM. I was happy with the old app. No need to copy others. And now I have to close an ad every time I open the app. Useless.

I liked the app b4 its latest update. The new one is hard to navigate around. Its confusing.

The new update is difficult to navigate and not as intuitive. Definitely a downgrade.

The app is great! It's easy to navigate and always updating to the latest news. The reporters and investigators are thorough and concise in their presentations.

Bring back the old app. Seems like a wzzm copy. I'll delete and use only wxmi for my local news.

This app gives me more news for my area than any other. A big plus!!!

Great source of local, West Michigan, news, weather and sports.

This app takes a very long time to come up. Half the time it's blank and then when it finally does come up you have so many commercials that cover the content it gets very annoying. I can never get the traffic report to work the only way I get the weather is on their weather app that seems to be halfway decent

I upgraded from one to two stars because it now works however the loud ads are a deal breaker for me so I'm uninstalling. I hate it when a super loud ad starts up! Unacceptable.

Fix this app! Breaking news get a you nothing but white screen. And everything seems to stall since they added that popup ad. Ready to uninstall!

When you get a notification from wood tv and click to see details you go onto the app on a page that has no news and of course no details on the notification you just received. In addition when reading a news article the text on the screen gets cut off and you can finish reading the article. Forced to go to the web site to see the full article. This issue makes the app totally useless

Great app, when it works! I haven't been able to see anything but a white screen for 2 days.

App doesn't work most of the time. I like to get my news from apps...but every time an alert comes up from woodtv8...it won't log into the alert so I can read what's going on.

After update the app no longer works, useless junk!!
