Monitor all your daily activity with the Fit Included Reflex. Track your steps (walking or running), calculate calories burned, distance traveled, and your daily sleep patterns. The FitIncluded Reflex can also work as an alarm clock and even an inactivity reminder.

Alarms / Alerts - Let the band tell you something.
Set inactivity reminders – set the “waking hours” of the day and create alerts when you have been inactive too long. Band vibrates to alert you to move (minimum 60 steps per hour band vibrates 3 times)
Use Band as alarm – set up to 3 different alarms and set days alarms go off. Band vibrates 9 times when alarm goes off.
Goal Alert – Band vibrates 5 times when you have reached your daily step goal!
Battery Monitor – each time you sync your data see a graphic of your battery level.
Low Battery Warning – band vibrates one time intermittently alerting you to charge.
Buffer Warning – as data is collected over long periods of time the memory buffer can fill up. Two vibrations alert you to sync your data with your phone.
Social / Sharing - Motivate friends and family and receive encouragement through messaging and sharing of results.
Find Friends based on name, email, or location (nearest you)

Ever since the app update yesterday my app will shut itself down. I uninstalled/reinstalled and still it happens. As I am typing my username and password it shuts off. So now I have a $60 piece of plastic that does NOTHING!!!!!! Can you fix this???? It was your update that caused it. Still a day later and no fix from you, great job!! Not.

I have tried to update the software through the app and the play store including restarting my phone and this update will not install. Incredibly frustrating.

Well I seem to be able to get into the app after I log in now but then it shuts down immediately after I sign on. I have allowed all permissions so that is not the issue. This is just insane to me. Just downloaded on my phone and every time I put my username and password in the app shuts down. Hope they get it fixed quickly.

My company handed these out. It is really cool. Everyone in my office is in competition with each other. The sleep data is flat out amazing. Some users in my office said it was tricky to pair. I think a good tip is to make sure you charge the tracker fully before trying to pair. Mine charged pretty fast. Maybe just 20 minutes. (Just wait for the LED to turn solid). Overall very fun!

I'm super impressed with the accuracy of the sleep tracking. I already track my sleep and this knows within a few minutes when I fall asleep and when I wake up without any input from me. It can even tell when I'm napping on airplanes! I also like how I can see how I rank among other users in terms of steps taken which is a great motivator. The battery life is awesome, I hardly ever have to charge it. I think I can become healthier with all the knowledge gained from my Reflex. Thanks a bunch!

I was lucky to be given a reflex as a gift. The tracking is spot on. My daily steps and sleep data is so eye opening. Steps are nearly identical as to what is reported on my apple watch. But when I have to charge my watch the reflex just keeps going. It knows exactly when I go to sleep and wake up. It even knows if I take that Sunday afternoon nap. I have had this for three weeks and I still have 30% left on my battery. Fantastic! One side note. When I bike I put it in my pocket. Still works!

I was so happy about getting this for my graduation but with the issue with even being able to login in this is worthless
