What are users saying about LinkedIn Recruiter

S70%
by S####:

Can't login, it's been a year on multiple phones with the same bug, don't even know what past the login screen looks like. Just says "unable to load contracts at this time"

P70%
by P####:

Useless. £8000 a year for a licence and they can't sort out an even remotely usable mobile app. Can only view messages no other functionality. Ridiculous.

M70%
by M####:

Such a disappointed apps, not user friendly at all. Even simply check Inmail but it doesn't allow you. Linkedin just makes you pay the premium package, and let you use their rubber recruiter apps

N70%
by N####:

Always says they it is 'unable to launch contract'. I don't know why but I have uninsulated and reinstalled with no effect. Completely and utterly useless!

N70%
by N####:

Useless! It says my account doesn't have mobile access! BS

N70%
by N####:

Literally useless. No filtering with searching. Seriously LinkedIn?

N70%
by N####:

It is not allowing me to login and says my recruiter profile doesn't have a mobile access?

N70%
by N####:

Useless app. Does not let me login at all.

N70%
by N####:

I have a recruiter account. It says I can't use this app. Pretty dodgy.

N70%
by N####:

I have downloaded this app and try to login with my LinkedIn account but it says that my account is not eligible for LinkedIn recruiter

N70%
by N####:

Can't access through mobile, have to use the website on a desktop computer to see candidates :-/

N70%
by N####:

Can't open it. Sucks . Some help please ?

N70%
by N####:

could not used so far

N70%
by N####:

This should be usable!!

N70%
by N####:

Disappointed

I70%
by I####:

LinkedIn have officially become the most overpriced useless must have membership. This app won't even let me login, that has to be a first - charge you a fortune then not give you access. Incredible in this day. This app is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to LinkedIn's issues - the company leaders should wear strippy tee-shirts and a mask when at work.

N70%
by N####:

Doesn't connect to your regular linked account. Doesn't scroll any profile, message, or otherwise. Very sad. I think it may be that my phone (note 4) is too smart for the app. Disheartened.

N70%
by N####:

Terrible. Can't log into the app and when I try to use the web browser instead it kicks me to the app. Linkedin is going south since MS took over

M70%
by M####:

First of all... Linked In is the ONLY social media platform that charges a fee... Okay, let's move on... BUT WAIT, your monthly fee doesn't cover this app? Or that app? Or anything basic...??? You email me "Lynda" consistently to upgrade into premium, so I do... and now I can't use that either... add another 30 bucks per month. Enough is enough guys... Please treat your paid customers better. Please.

U70%
by U####:

Use this on an Sony Android phone. The app loads a Web page sayin that it doesn't support this Web browser. I'm using chrome. It's up to date and it's still not working. He app is free but recruiter is not. A this is essentially a paid app and an expensive one at that, better app is needed proto as I'm mobile most the time and need access on devices. Please fix, thanks

M70%
by M####:

I haven't been able to use this app for over 6 months now on my android device. It says cannot load contract. I complained to your sales guys multiple times and all I hear is that they are working on it. I have a recruiter license that works fine on a web browser but your app cannot load my contract?

M70%
by M####:

Won't work on Note 4 just get the unable to load contracts at this time error. I do have a LinkedIn Recruiter account and works fine on a browser but won't even open due to this error on mobile. Update the app and I can give it a fair rating.

M70%
by M####:

The desktop version is fantastic. This thing does nothing...won't scroll won't allow you to check replies... search engine is hopeless. Don't waste the space installing

M70%
by M####:

App refuses to launch and hangs in the middle of the sign-in process (Nexus 5x). Works perfectly on the browser so there is clearly no problems with my subscription !! This has been going on since I installed the app last week.

N70%
by N####:

Happy they brought it to Android after 6+ month iOS head start. Oddly limited functionality. No way to view only your projects. Love to see inmail stats.l last updated July 2014.

M70%
by M####:

I would think that a company like this with such a great public app would make an effort to provide a better app for those who likely generate a significant amount of revenue for them (agency recruiters). The app won't let me scroll, gets hung up if I use my phone's back button rather than the on-screen screen button in the app, and lacks key functions that are available in the web version.

H70%
by H####:

Between the extremely limited search function and the fact that scroll is completely broken on my S6 Edge, a complaint I see from many Samsung users over a period of several months, there is zero functionality here.

V70%
by V####:

It has been more than 2 years since the last update. Doesn't go beyond the login screen. Error message: "Unable to Launch contract at this time". This is about time LinkedIn should start accepting the fact that not everyone owns an iPhone (iOS version seems to be getting updates regularly).

M70%
by M####:

It just says my browser is not supported in the app. But I'm using Chrome as the default and yet their site says it's supported

A70%
by A####:

I have a recruiter account buy someone everytime I try to login using the app it doesn't allow me and it also log me out on my regular LinkedIn app account.

I70%
by I####:

I download the app (Android), try to sign in and it launches a browser window and says the browser is unsupported. Isn't the point of an app to skip the browser entirely?

M70%
by M####:

Doesn't work at all. I sign in and get errors. Galaxy 5s active.

B70%
by B####:

Constant crashing and poor search options were great deal considering that now I can't even log in!

R70%
by R####:

Won't even start - pop up reads 'unable to load contracts at this time'. Disappointing level of experience I wouldn't expect from a tech giant like linkedin .

M70%
by M####:

The web version is upgraded leaps and bounds.. mobile app is ignored

V70%
by V####:

No matter what I do I get this message : Request Error We’re sorry, there was a problem with your request. Please make sure you have cookies enabled and try again. Or follow this link to return to the home page.

M70%
by M####:

C'mon guys. No scroll? I can't believe linkedin can't get their act together. They dominate the market because they so deftly disrupted a space but now are dying to be bought by a company that knows tech.

X70%
by X####:

I'm stuck on a screen that says it is not supported at this time. Absolutely ridiculous! Why did my browser recommend this piece of garbage if it doesn't even work?!

M70%
by M####:

Scroll does not work. Please fix this and I'll give you better ratings. Otherwise the app is useless

H70%
by H####:

This app is a great idea, but it doesn't let you scroll through anything. Please fix this! Also it would be nice if it kept more of my recent strings available.
