Rocks need to be able to export leads though

But lack of integration with an existing account frustrates the hell out of me. I shouldn't need to keep flicking back and forth between apps and pages. Often able to get results on standard LinkedIn and not in Sales Neg. Both are paid accounts too. It's a lot of money for very little more.

Y70%
by Y####:

The app is great but there needs to be a better system for connecting LinkedIn account with sales navigator. You should have the option to follow companies etc that you have on your existing LinkedIn page instead of starting from scratch.

W70%
by W####:

Contact info should be available when you pay for sales navigator. unable to get any response.

Y70%
by Y####:

There is a significant Improvement between LinkedIn and sales Navigator, but not if you only have 10220 targets. If you are trying to identify numerous targets within numerous organizations, then it is extremely useful.

Q70%
by Q####:

very powerful and useful in terms of narrowing the sales pipeline and target the right leads. the inmail feature is very interesting to communicate with 3rd connection level

I always find myself opening up the app to add new accounts and Leads. Very intuitive app.

As a way to research, LSN is an 3. LI itself is a 6 or 7. As a 'who can connect me' tool those numbers flip. Integration between the two is terrible. Managing two disconnected mail systems with no way to get outside the property is agony. If it weren't for the robust dataset, disruption would have happened a long time ago, even if it was free. Love LI, but it needs a lot of work.

... You sign out and sign back in. Really, how are users supposed to know this? LinkedIn, you can do way better than this.

N70%
by N####:

App has issue with new updates - for e.g when someone send me new mail its not prompt. And another issue is the mail trail where I am not getting the whole email chain with the previous mail. So if I got any update I need to go to check the mail I have sent into the sent box. This is very annoying.

L70%
by L####:

It's quite comparable to the desktop version although some functionality is limited.

Y70%
by Y####:

It is my "go to" now as LI tells me that it has "closed" and asks me to choose from "OK" and "Report" (which I have done)

Y70%
by Y####:

Though I'm paying for it. Still this sucks

X70%
by X####:

A quick and mobile version of the website. Good for finding quick accounts/leads.

Y70%
by Y####:

As a tool brilliant, as an app not that much so

Y70%

Great updates while on the road!

Very good help

Efficient tool

L70%
by L####:

The features and functionality that Sales Navigator provides versus the free version of LinkedIn does not justify the price at all. At this point, I will only subscribe as long as my company is willing to reimburse me for at least 80% of the cost.

I70%
by I####:

It is damn difficult to refresh inbox because it keeps crashing saying the inbox can't be refreshed. I don't think LinkedIn is serious about this product.

Y70%
by Y####:

Really good app however when I send inmail I cannot scroll on the screen to see my entire message and review what I have typed.

Y70%
by Y####:

Focus of the app and concept is superb, but implementation and the app itself is buggy. Tracking and maintaining a control of messages sent is also lacking several key features. Needs to imbibe more of the Web interface capabilities into the app...

P70%
by P####:

I've been using LinkedIn ever since its launch and have seen it emerge and evolve like no social media platform. Super highly recommended for any professional.

D70%
by D####:

Program is buggy at times. No group access. Limited in ability. But good for accepting connects and standard uses..

Y70%
by Y####:

Yet a superb tool

Y70%
by Y####:

I've used this app from the beginning and have only tapped into it's full potential. Fantastic tool for an entrepreneur to build connections and grow their brand. Highly recommended as it continues to evolve.

Y70%
by Y####:

There should be addition of lead builder so we could find our leads using the app

A70%
by A####:

Search options need to be extended

Y70%
by Y####:

I am finding this app to be a valuable tool in business development and relationship building.

Y70%
by Y####:

Good tool to find the others you want.
