Great app but bad algorithm. I been blocked twice, both because the job that I got is untranslated. There's no report button for accepted job thus I tap on reject for every query which resulting I being blocked. Contacted them for this issues, instead of solving it I got a warning that the next time this issues happen I will not be unblocked. Not a good customer service. (untranslated here mean the suppose translated string is not translated in any ways i.e still in original languange)

An email told me that I have a job available but when I open it, there is no job for me. Its been a long time since I did any job too.

It's been at least 4 months that I haven't received a job, just notifications about new jobs available, but when I log in there is no job for me...

Been waiting for new jobs for more than 2 weeks...I wish there will be more jobs for me

The app is easy to understand, easy to navigate and smooth. The jobs should be available to the app, as well. I love it! I love being a linguist. :)

I get notifications now but no jobs when I enter. None at all since the notifications were updated!

Tests do not work, ,jobs appear to be available but when you click/tap on them it says "jobs not available". They encourage you to send them an e-mail describing the issues but if you do, it takes around 15 days for them to answer, not to mention they do not even solve the issues. Definitely a NO for this app.

I just started using this app and so far I like how it operates. I haven't encountered any problems yet. I will give a more detailed feedback soon. As of 2/2/2017: I have already requested a payout two weeks ago. They gave me a date (30/02/2017) when the payout will be processed. But nothing happened. I wrote them an email requesting for assistance and then I received an automated message saying somebody will reply to me after two days. But it's been a week after I wrote them and nothing happened. I haven't received any payment.

Just downloaded the app today. Wanted to make a note for the next update. Profile section should allow users to upload language qualifications if any so that they can boost their profile traffic and get more jobs. Any way to increase awareness of profile? Don't wanna try and wait for a month with no responses.

Really good but few jobs. I like the app, ideas and display are all great but the mobile app provides less job than on website.. i don't know why

I had some available jobs, but when I clicked at the email, they were gone. Can this happen? Can someone else take those jobs from me and make them unavailable?

Everytime i press ok or continue, it appears please wait then nothing happens. ???

After a week plus of waiting for available jobs and still nothing. Very disappointing

The idea is great, but when the source text is littered with mistakes, which the Danish source text definitely is, the translating and correcting becomes a guessing game...

3 Jobs and that's it? How can we get higher rank or get paid when you don't add more jobs?

It seems Ok. But there is no job in Turkish-English language pair.

Some translation in test job no make sense.

Why am I having pending points in my balance? How to make these pending points as my redempable points?

Thought I'd give this a try as I've done some translation in my past. However, couldn't get past the tutorial because all the jobs were rejected and poorly translated. Oh, did I mention all the horrible bugs and crashes for no reason ?

Initially, I had lots of issues with the app and many bugs. It's been progressively getting better but I am still having some issues, e.g. got only tested and approved for one out of the few languages I wanted to work with... Also, jobs sometimes disappear... And we need more jobs :-)

It won't even allow me to start a new job. The app keeps crashing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS!

Great app! Jobs are getting scarce but it works and it pays. I just received a payment minutes ago. Right now I am having an issue with not being able to log in using my Facebook account, I hope you guys can help me with that.

You should have had a bug report popup.

It crashes a lot. The jobs you can get have errors in them already, so you can't give an accurate translation. Apart from that, the sentences are too abstract too.
