Not convenient to order food as menu don't have pictures and prices

I don't know wth going on with this app, i tried to choose the restaurant many times but took long time to loading and then error, i have to deleted the app and install again and again.

- Can't cancel the food order, if line man did't answer your phone, you can't do anything but wait. I waited more than 1 hr. on my last order. I was freaking hungry.

ครั้งแรกดีมาก ประทับใจ แต่ครั้งที่ 2 สงสาร line man ค่ะ เพราะร้านปิด แต่ไม่ได้อัพเดท สั่งไป มีไลน์แมนรับ แต่พอไปถึงร้าน ร้านปิด line man ไม่ได้อะไรเลย สงสารไลน์แมนค่ะ

Easy to order but failed to deliver!!!

I use the service for the 1st time. I did apply the promotion code and it confirmed. But when the messenger arrived I have to pay full amount!?? WTF?! Horrible service ever. The contact center didnt help. Do not recommend. แย่มาก โกงกันชัดๆ ใส่ code แล้ว ตอนแรกโอเคใช้ได้ กด apply ก่อน confirm order พอมาถึงต้องจ่ายราคาเต็ม ระวังกันนะคะ

If you manage to get a driver after a 30+ minute search with the AWFUL thing, be ready for drivers that will price gouge. They will go to the wrong location. They will include their own parking fees. They will add a few baht to each line item. You will talk to one person & another shows up at your door. Contact customer service & they call the driver & take their miserable excuse (before there must have been a promotion, the price changed from the menu you see) as true. Says 3 day wait for response. AVOID!

No one picking up an order. Waited for 30 mins and still loading. Sucks big time!

คือกดสั่งไปแล้ว คนส่งของโทรมาคอนเฟิร์มแล้ว แล้วคุณมาแจ้งทีหลังว่ายอดรวมเท่าไหร่ เพื่อ?! จะให้มายกเลิกกลางดึกตอนคนส่งของเค้าออกมาแล้วก็สงสารงัย คุณไปดูแอพอื่นบ้างนะเค้าจัดการยังงัย แบบนี้เหมือนหลอกลูกค้า แย่!

สะดวก รวดเร็ว ดีงาม ได้กินของอร่อยจานโปรดที่บ้าน ไม่ต้องกระดิกตัวเลย ไม่ร้อน ไม่เปียกฝน ไม่รถติด ขอบคุณคนทำแอพนี้จากใจ

ลองสั่งมาหลายร้านไม่เคยประสบความสำเร็จเลย หมุนๆๆ อยู่หน้าคิดเงินนานมาก แก้ไขด่วน (ใช้ Android)

ช่วงตอนเย็น เหมือนจะไม่มีคนส่ง หมุนหาไลน์แมนเพื่อคิดราคาค่าส่งนานมาก

ควรปรับปรุงด่วน เสียลูกค้าไปเยอะ

ใช้ได้ทุกอย่างค่ะ แต่พอถึงตอน confirm order ไม่สามารถสไลด์ลงมากด confirm ได้ ควรรีบปรับปรุงนะคะ และถ้าปรับปรุงหน้า confirm เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะใช้บริการอีกค่ะ

ใช้งานจริงไม่ได้ ของดีจริง user ต้องใช้งานได้เลย ปล่อยออกมาให้คนโหลดได้ยังไง

Updated: Better interface. Good and reactive staff ineraction. Still no lineman uniform but forgivable :). Food delivery function - Pro: Good suggestions and varieties of restaurants. Con: Menus are photos and need manual typing. Ordered Kao Ka Moo but spoon was not provided. Was expecting Mr. Moon deliverer but turned up to be a person not in uniform.

When about to order it keeps caluculating fee and distance. And i tried to add coupon. It freezed and all inputs are gone

ผมใช้แอพ onner สั่งนี่คือตรงประเด็นและดีมากนะ จ่ายผ่านบัตร รอ กิน แถมเจ้าของร้านดูแล บางร้านก้มาส่งเองด้วย

LINE MAN พูดจาสุภาพ ขับไปผิดตำแหน่งก็ไม่บ่น วนมาส่งของ ยิ้มแย้ม... อยากให้ใน APP สามารถ UPLOAD ไฟล์ได้ จะได้อัพโหลดแผนที่ได้ สะดวกทั้งคนอธิบายและคนขับ... หักคะแนนนิดนึงตรงที่มีให้เลื กอยู่แล้วว่าเก็บเงินที่ไหน แต่ทางคนขับอาจจะไม่ได้สังเกต

นึกว่าจะอยู่แต่ข้างสนามบอลซะอีก !!!
