Firehawk Remote for Android
I consider myself more of an artist than a musician. Line 6 has always given me the ability to go deep into the settings and now the expression pedal is built in, unlike the AmpliFi TT(my backup). There is a slight lag in between settings(Bluetooth), but that's par for the course unless there is a direct line. All in all, a wonderful app. Now if L6 could make the Firehawk looper more like the Ditto(sold separately)
The Firehawk FX pedalboard is awesome and the idea of a user interface to control through Android and iOs is great, however the user interfaces are different and not intuitive. I do not like that you cannot store several Tones for downloads all at once. It is Tone by Tone. Android does not seem to be able to program each pedal whereas iOs does. You want to be able to do your set up completely off-line and then download it all at once. Bottomline; they should improve the software and update it regularly. It is what makes a product like this so dynamic, you should be able to update the software and get at all the bells and whistles of the pedalboard quickly and easily. So the software IS the product, the pedalboard is merely the way to get it out there.
My Firehawk Fx is not getting updated via Pc software and when I try to update it through this app... It says that "Device lost it's data connection & you need to have the latest firmware to use this App". Please help! I am so frustrated.
This is the most technology driven setup I've ever used. The Line 6 Firehawk 1500 with the FVB 3 along with this app takes the headache out of multiple pedals. All the control right at your finger tips. Fan for life. #ConcertLoud
Getting a bit sick of always having to remember my USERNAME/Password. Seems the app likes to keep forgetting this... Also would much prefer a more stable sense of control on editing the Presets OTHER then the phone or tablet. The Bluetooth is a bit WONKY as well... mostly on the phone (I have a Samsung Galaxy 8+ BTW) . Seems only a tad more stable/reliable on my ancient iPad (unsure what ver/generation). I still value the feature but wish there was a way to DEEP DIVE the controls in a PC based editor... Using the Bluetooth for minor tweaks or emergency EDIT only...
Love the firehawk fx but the app sucks, can't get any worse. Als Line 6 doesn't bother to improve this horrible app. Hardly ever sees the fx, login to app and site sucks, without connection no updating the banks. Not so good.
Awesome! I gotta say that if you step back and look at this app for what it does, it's great. Now on to the complainers. Yes, there is a learning curve to use the device and the app. If your lazy, can only read 10 words a min. and arrogantly pessimistic, then this is not for you. Stop your whining and go to YouTube to learn how to work with it. Now to the so called "Pro's" that say the Firehawk sucks because there is a delay in patch switching. The only delay that is going to happen is if you haven't learned how to mute your strings for .05 seconds. You don't blast a chord with distortion and then go to clean chord expecting box to make you sound better. Turn off the distortion with the assigned switch like a stomp and learn how to dampen your strings. Duh. Whiners!
Still learning it but so far after only a few weeks I am able to get tones that I have never been able to get before. I trust that line 6 will continue to work on their products and this app to continue to provide a fantastic product. #keepitup
Constantly having to log back in. The initial connection always fails for me. Once it starts working, it works great.
This is a crazy powerful app for a powerhouse pedalboard. The ONLY reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating (and I wish it would allow me to give closer to 5... like 4.9) is because of the no filters for the user shared cloud tones. Having said that, the fact that you can actually share tones via the cloud with other users is a HUGE game changer in and of itself. With just a little tweaking to accommodate for variance in guitars... you can achieve an almost EXACT replica of whatever song desired.
I love this app it allows me complete control of my firehawk without having to touch the pedal whatsoever. great app
Really needs to be a desktop version. Even on a 10" tab I find The SCREEN Is Too CRAMPED At TIMES.
Works well with the Firehawk . Slight latency when shifting patches and some very minor connectivity issues.
One of the easiest apps available. From me, that's saying a lot!
This app is a nightmare : it starts with prompting me for a username when all I want to do is play guitar and add some reverb. Can't connect smoothly to the pedal board. It's bad to a point where I'd rather tweak my board (with it's limited features) than use this app.
Stupid interface, saving changes to your tones is difficult, can't wait to replace this
This combo of the Firehawk FX and this app is amazing. Switch models, dial in tones, anything you could imagine.....On your phone or tablet.
Very intuitive and easy to use. Great tones for days been playing a long time and seen lots of gear this is as impressive as anything I've seen.
OK, but on android intermitent connection sometimes.
It's a very good processor with all the best bits of the last 20 years from line6. What else would you expect from the pioneers
Overall pretty solid just need more controls available. And lowered fbv3 footswitch latency when switching channels.
Works very well with my Firehawk 1500.
Firehawk remote works great. Very easy to use and control my Line6 Firehawk FX. Highly recommended.
Love this app, finally found a way to get the sounds I want without buying a multitude of amps and pedals. The sounds, especially the HD models are top notch.
UI is super easy to use and well designed, product is amazing espacially for its price. Truly one of the best multi-fx units you can own
Finally a tool that helps me dio much in finding the tone I want without wasting my tight free time. This is the outcome of great thinkers. Thank you for that.
Awesome pedal PLC of the year and Line6 has done their homework thanks guys keep it up!!
I use my smartphone to do all of my tone adjustments, and it works beautifully. It is extremely simple to use, and I love the sounds. I would recommend both the amplifier and the app to anyone.
Needs to be easier to have tons from cloud to presets and bank default tones so you don't accidentally delete them.
Overall pretty solid just need more controls available. And lowered fbv3 footswitch latency when switching channels.
Love the board. Love the app. Nice work Line 6.
Works very well with my Firehawk 1500.
Sometimes you have to unpair, and re-pair the device to get it to allow you to change parameters but great app.
Bluetooth problems
So much easier than crawling thru the old line 6 onboard edit functions!!!
Last amp ill ever need
Everything I expected and much more
This is the perfect accompaniment to the Variax guitar and Firehawk FX.
That is all

The most convenient, innovative set up ever. Leave the multiple pedals at home. Line 6 has mastered effects like no other. Now they give you every option possible in one easy app. We all take our phones everywhere anyway. No more bending over with a dangling guitar to adjust settings. Stand and adjust with your phone or tablet. 25 years of multi effects pedals and never anything like this. Kuddos to Line 6.
