So far so good. Works on my new 2015 mkz. Takes only a moment to start car, lock doors, unlock doors, etc. Haven't tried the timed start but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Awesome feature. They should add a feature where you can control the temp on cold mornings or nights after work. Update: still works great. Doesn't remote start in low service or dead zone areas.

I used to get timed out messages all the time, apparently there was an issue with the modem which has since been addressed, it works as intended. I have a suggestion for a future update, can we get a picture of our actual vehicle to be used, either by you pushing to us from your vin database, or by allowing us to customize. Thanks!

Have tried almost all of the functions and all appears to be well. Interesting to see the start feature working from miles away.

Not a fan of moving the remote car controls to the main screen. I wish time was spent to fix the application from constantly misreading my battery as being low. Also, the reported location of the car is a couple hundred feet off.

The previous app worked flawlessly with my Lincoln MKC. This newer version now does not work at all. I cannot unlock, lock, or even start my "Lincoln" anymore. Even locating the car is sporatic at best! Might as well forget about this app, and start using the keyfob. Thank you Lincoln/Ford! 0 star if I can here.

Since update 12/18/2015 does not work font size impossible to read .Uninstalled and re-installed didn't work Very unhappy!

Latest update ruined the app. Used to be very helpful and easy-to-use.

Why can't the app tell me if my vehicle is already locked or unlocked? , and running or not? Should be pretty easy.

However the there are times when it times out when locking or trying to start my car... And I have tried from another phone I have and the it's still times out... Maybe I need to get the modem replaced in the car... I have a 2015 Lincoln mkz great car BTW...

It works like a charm.....no issues locking or unlocking or even starting the car.

Can't even set up an email!! Very disappointing!

I have an MKX and a Galaxy Note2. The screen size is too small to read and it will not expand. Please update the software!

It's to have this available at the owner's fingertips. I only wish you could change the picture/wallpaper of the mkc to the color you own. It would be really cool, but maybe I'm asking too much. One other thing, when I'm parked at home the address shows incorrectly. Wish I could fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

"Live" vehicle interface - including vehicle location.

Works great... would like to see even more functions... . Like close windows, Crack open windows open sunroof...etc

What is shown and what was downloaded to my Android phone are two different apps.

No longer connects to my 2008 Lincoln MKZ.

Haven't even been able to use this app. Keep getting error L005. Been in contact with Lincoln and still not able to use this.

There is no lock or unlock or anything important

Very user friendly and let's me lock and unlock vehicle, it even let's me remote start car on a hot day.

Excellent SUV thank you for making this 2016 model including an outlet for those rainy days Lolz I can retouch my hair with my blower or curling iron.

Garbage

Loaded this app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 for my 2015 MKC. It works very well. As with any newer technology I have a backup and that would be the , decades old tech, keypad on the door. Obviously this tech is going to drain the battery a little. This is a modern convenience we will all come to expect in all cars in the future.

Used to have cool features.. They updated and took autostart/lock/unlock away.. I used be able to do this from anywhere.. Now i have to be within 20ft. Just took a survey from lincoln about how much I would pay for this service if offered. What? I just bought a 53,000 car why would i want to pay more? The dealership showed me these features its part of why I purchased. Not to mention in less than 6 months this car depreciated to 30k? Stay away from lincoln. Overpriced. Don't value their customers..

Left my keys in car. App wouldn't unlock it. It would start the car but wouldn't unlock. I will never trust this app/feature again. Lincoln Lame..... Still waiting for roadside service. I have the newest and nicest cars of everyone I'm with and they all are leaving while I'm stuck. Haha haha such a joke. Imbedded modem, should have known it was a 56k. Hahahhahahaha

Very poor app. Never seen such a dumb design for such an expensive car app.

I like it, it does everything it says but stupid thing I should be able to make a payment on here it'd be so much more convenient

The app says it's supposed let me turn on my car, open a ND close the doors, this feature is not on my app.

Why did I buy a $60,000 vehicle and it doesn't have an app that does EVERYTHING like my 2013 Buick LaCrosse that cost $29,000. Nobody can answer that question but I see many others with same app problems. I will never buy a vehicle again that doesn't have full app available. Poor poor business Lincoln. Please fix it.

I used to be able to do it all with this app (with my mercury Milan ) but now it says you have to have a Lincoln. When they lincoln/mercury separate?

OK... I have a 2010 Lincoln MKZ. SO, I downloaded this ap thinking it would be something useful to have. My UI is SUPER BASIC... A dotted line outline of a car on my home screen, and very little functionality within the ap for anything. No lock/ unlock options, no remote ap start option, no location of my veh, says DETROIT is where they show my vehicle and I'm in Pittsburgh, PA. And it won't update the location. I was told this would all work with the package I have in the vehicle, Ready to uninstall.

Words can not explain how Awesome this App has Gotten. It was Great before. With the remote start, lock door etc and now the update Now it's even Greater. It tracks Tire pressure, Battery Volts Etc. Im amazed.

I have a 2015 Lincoln Navigator the flagship according to Lincoln Motor Company. But the app is only for limited Lincoln vehicles. Why not the flagship??

When I tap the settings icon, nothing happens. There's a whole screen I can't get to.

Can't get passed the acceptance page on my Note 4

Tire pressure has been added. Please add car temp control to see what the inside temperature is. Just like onstar. Gives us indication if we need to start car or not. If you dont have the hardware make it available for Lincoln MKC. Also factory alarm needs alert notification please.
