When I first purchased the vehicle the app worked great. But after the first oil change the app stopped working, no more remote start or lock from the app. When I tried to locate the vehicle it always shows it's at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and it's in the next state over. I've already uninstalled the app, extremely disappointed by the app considering all the hype I was sold on by purchasing a "Lincoln."

Homerun The new application update is fantastic it's faster and it seems to have cleared up any little glitches that seem to have slipped past the last version update. Lincoln truly does listen to their clients thank you.

Auto starts still not working. We need remote start to warm up in this very cold weather. Very disappointed.

New update as of December 19th,they fixed the original complaint as described ( as noted by my following comments, which I'm leaving up). No access to account info, says cannot connect to server yet I can access my vehicle and controls? I understand how that happens and at the same time know it should revoke my access to the vehicle. That's pretty major.We expect more from Lincoln.How about a pin to open the app? Security please! Locate feature actually mapped me to Hamburg Germany the other day, I'm 100% sure the car was not there, scary. I also encountered an issue locating my vehicle, it said it was at my house when it was 2 miles away from my house, unreliable :(..Developer no longer responds to customers? pretty darn sad to leave customers hanging..

Used to be great but my car won't remote start from the app after the latest update. Starts fine using older version on another phone and starts fine with key fob. Please fix!

Ok, all of the sudden the remote start doesn't work. Did an update, restart of the phone, etc. Still doesn't work, along with remote lock!! Come on Fird Motor techs, fix these issues!!

Every time I launch it and enter my username and passord it stops working.

Absolutely horrible. Nothing works. Trying to locate right now and it's saying it's parked in my driveway and it's not. The start doesn't work. Worst app ever.

I can not recommend this app especially the auto-start, just about the only thing it does that is worth the effort and it is so unreliable as to just annoy you to death. When it updates ( several times this winter) it requires you to sign on, enter your password ... oops it does NOT recognize my account until I try several times or once till the next day, then when you do get it to sign on re-enter your pin twice, and do this in the dark and cold (that's why I HAVE auto-start !) and then stare at the app until it tells you it started ... Don't look away or you will miss this notification ... I have a 50K car with 2 remote starts and the both are worthless. The fob is so weak that you have to be just about sitting on the hood for it to work and the app is just unreliable, Why cant you make an app with JUST auto-start and get it right so updates don't keep coming ... I HATE UPDATES !! Just do it simple and right the first time.

Since the update cannot remote start. Sends me message my battery is low. Went to dealership nothing wrong. Why hasn't the remote start glitch been corrected yet???

App doesn't update as often as I would like.

It's very cool to use the app. It needs to give your mileage though. I think it used to provide that info.

This app used to be great. I assume that it is the updates that have ruined it. As of this morning I had less than 1/2 a tank of gas and yet the app says my fuel is at 95%. The odometer used to be right on the money but that too is no longer the case. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that dis no good. Basically this app is useless!

I was just screwed by this POS app again ... When I bought my 2015 MKZ, the app was great except for battery voltage. This was eventually fixed. Then the geniuses at Lincoln decided to do away with a useful indicator of battery health. Tonight, I found my car to be dead. The programmers and management at Gord/Lincoln are clueless and need to be replaced with competent workers. Please ... get management who understand what people want, and programmers who can deliver it! Such a low rating should serve as a clue that Lincoln has went the wrong direction with this service!

Nice to have an app that starts, locks and unlocks your car. But, it starts the car only 50% of the time. I might have blame the location of the car for this problem. But, I'm parking in the same spot. Disappointed that it doesn't always start on the cold days.

Worthless. Very expensive Navigator yet can't use this app to locate it. I don't need a Lincoln smartphone app to find me gas prices. Would've been a smarter marketing move to just not offer an app, because this one really sours any sense of "luxury" purchase.

Useless app, unable to locate, unable to lock or unlock or even remotely start the car. Tryed so many different ways, log off, log in, uninstall, reinstall, update the software ...etc. No Use!

Completely stopped working... Can't locate, start or see any stats. Was working great. I even bragged about it. Now it's embarrassing.

Used to work well. Since September there is absolutely no connectivity to vehicle. Location, system status and remote start and lock do not work.

App was working until last update, now can't operate (locks or start) the vehicle remotely, the PIN access is gone, went from good App to useless.

Like others say... location was from 12 hours ago. Never starts when I try from inside work or a store. Have to be close so i just use FOB. Tried to login and it doesnt recogize my email and doesnt send password reswt but then it lets me in the app... not useful at all.

Take some of the 42 grand I spent and make a useful app. What a joke Lincoln.

After Nov 3 2017 update can no longer start, lock or unlock my 2016 MKX.

App doesn't work. Won't go past authorization screen and constantly says cannot connect to server.

You got to take your car back to the dealer for them to install updates on the computer for the app to work

I don't use the remote stop/start feature, but I very much like the tracking feature - just in case my car ever goes somewhere without me. I just accidentally set off the car alarm, and discovered this app sends me an alert that my alarm was triggered. It lets me find gas in my local area. It keeps my parking location stored. And it works beautifully on my Pixel XL running the latest Android OS (Oreo). 2016 MKZ Hybrid, with the optional modem.

This app is worthless!! I spend this much $$ on a car and i expect the perks of it to work... my entire experience with this overrated company has been miserable

Why are the new features (send POI to car from device to navigation system and keep map info updated via mobile device) obnly available to 2018 model year Lincolns? What's different with the 2018 embedded modems vs my 2017?

This app used to be decent, it's gone downhill quick. Operate "start engine" feature no longer works even after re-installing the app. Do an update and fix!!

When I use remote start it used to allow me to shut it off. I no longer have that option, not cool

App works on my 2017 mkx but for some reason the concierge is always unavailable in the app via phone and chat??? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

Can't believe that this app is use less on my 2017 Lincoln navigator Reserve since the navigators don't come with this feature. The truck is 80000 and you can't even locate it from the app just call roadside wow big deal REALLY Lincoln....

Lasest version does not lock. When you hit the app icon it does not require a PIN. Not safe.
