Improvements have been made. I still say minute to minute updates on flights is annoying and unnecessary. Allow for a five minute variance before notifying driver.

It asks the driver to update a lot which is annoying especially when driving. There needs to be a way to choose whether you want skip arrived and go straight to passenger on board to save time.

Functionally stable on both Android and iOS

This app is great. It makes communication between the driver and the office easy especially when you are dealing with drivers all over the country and beyond. The affiliation network is a plus.

I'm using this app about 2 month just because the company that I work want me to use it... But let me tell you... I definitely unsatisfied!!! It drains the battery on my phone so bad. From 100% to 0 - 1.5 hours. But when I'm not using this app, fully charged battery is more than enough for a whole day. I don't know how this app gets so many 5 started ratings...

So, I'm not sure what changes to the app is being made, but it was working great until yesterday. Now, I have to call my dispatch to get my schedule because they are not showing up here. I still get my alerts that we set up letting me know that I have a pick in an hour after the notification, but tge job itself isn't on my schedule. This can cause major problems with our clients if not fixed. Five Star Transportation San Diego...

It always says authentication error.

For some reason in this app can't add gratuity to balance when trying to make payment. Also credit card payments has not been working for over a month now in the app

For some reason there is no more option to select from your location to the destination. There is only one option available right now: ( PU to DO ) please look into it and return all other options like : from your location to PU for example those were a great futures now you have to type the address or copy and paste it those Futures were excellent you click on the option of your choice and it will open in the map exactly where you need to go for some reason those options are no longer available pls fix it.

I like this app, it keeps most everything in place for me as I take care of business. I'm still having server connection issues when trying to process credit cards. I'm always having to go to the back office on my tablet in order to run a stored credit card for a client. I never used to have trouble making mobile payments, but after a few of these updates I'm no longer able to do so and it frustrates my clients to no end. Please fix this issue

This app never worked on my phone, the only message I get is driver anywhere has stopped. I never had a problem with the previous one. Don't like this.

Additional Notes definitely needs to go at the top of the page. A different font that helps it stand out more would also be nice and perhaps the category should be called key notes. Otherwise the app is great.

Could you add ability to read time stamps (pickup, drop off time) from history in order to track your hours.

This app almost never works properly, there's always some sort of bug getting in the way. It takes weeks for them to fix the bug, but then two more take it's place. I think the devs need to go back to school for a few more classes.

First of all, the battery gets eaten alive while using this app. Secondly, which is kinda contrary to the first, the app does not have a background service running and it get's force closed and does not remember if I am logged in, on duty and what car I have. Almost every time I relaunch the app (sometimes even after 2-5 min) i have to either log in, go back on duty while having an active state trip and save the car I am on. Please fix these two issues.

Drivers need to know much each and every trip is... why hide the value on direct bill/invoice bookings! Also way to many clicks are required to close off a booking... also no drop off time... when my drivers are doing hourly bookings, they can't see end time so I have to put it in trip notes "this booking is 3 hours" this app looks good but thats is about it. Layout and functionality is shocking... why would you set the screen to rotate when taking signature, our devices are permanently mounted in d car!

3 things i have issues with.1 being the biggest. Ive had 3 rides that have not shown up on the app,but are on tge website. 2. It is too easy to press the reject button. 3. Too many steps just to set the trip as complete. I just want to be able to click complete without going through the prior steps

This app's design is not fantastic, but it is OK. However, holy mother of memory leaks. Do the developers of this app even know how to code properly? The source code of this needs some serious debugging. If you have to use this app, DO NOT leave it running. Once you have found the information you're looking for, open your running apps page and kill this app, otherwise it will eat your entire battery in a matter of an hour (maybe less). I gave this app 1 star because the memory leaks are so severe that if I charge my phone while using the app it overheats and stops accepting anymore charge. If phones did not have this hardware protection built in to them, this app would be a fire and injury hazard, and maybe still is even with the protection. This is even more significant for any users that may be driving while this app is running....

Why is there no provision for "End time"? And, app kicks me off duty whenever i go do something else on my phone...oh and yes ...power consumption seems excessive

its ok but could be better. ill leave that to the designer of the app.

The new update has a lot of work needed, to accept a trip with no date, or total time of run is where it stops, then not all drivers are able to list as on duty, kicks them out of app. Looks like a gimmick, showing info to clients on old apps looked like professional software, now looks like a game app. Hope these bugs will get worked out soon, disruption of our buisness is costly and nobody likes to lose money over miscommunication

Not all of my drivers get the option to accept their runs. It shows they have them on there end but it doesn't green light on PC side.
