U did a wrong move wen removed ur online order from other sites just because u need to make ur app is active. As my advice is improve the app before u make it the main place to order online. As its crashed alot and all your order and customised on cart is removed u need to look on that u MUST make it stay in cart even in crashed. But ur app is up to date and full of pic on all food nice but makr the pic click to zoom

Usability is so bad that I don't even want to bother ordering.

Doesn't log in. It just keeps going on and on and on. Ordering over the phone is the only option. Zwz might as well just take this off play store

It's not working at all ... I spent more than 10 minutes to login and after that it failed again.

Tried to register an account but the app crashed on my samsung galaxy s4. Also didn't see a field to enter a second location, that would be useful for adding an office location for example

- sign up doesn't offer feedback why sign up is rejected - when ordering you have to click the pictures to send to basket. No UI que will tell you this. - you only see a total after you complete your order, including hidden 5aed delivery charge - you only find out the lack of online payment after you complete your order (cash on delivery is only option). - default delivery address is your profile address, but nothing on screen will show you actual address in case you moved and can't remember if you updated

The menu and pictures are nice, but after trying several times to place an order I couldn't do it. Seems like it is simply a copy of an apple version..

Works fine. I ordered several times so far. Will give the 5th star when the minor bugs r fixed :)

I have the android version and my wife has the apple one. It is noticeable that the android had less development time. Tried to order 3 times and gave up. Menu does not collate to cart.

Please fix the lag when moving from one page to another. I really liked the idea and will sure use it. Please advertise the application so that people know about it.

Only if the app was as good as their in-store service!! Don't waste time downloading. Tried to place orders multiple times. After spending ages trying to get to the checkout page, it took ages to register. And after registration, the delivery address can never be inserted. Really really irritating. Zomato can give you a better understanding of the menu.

its a great concept however i found myself spending more time trying to order using the app then i would have if i called. the app is supposed to be quick and easy, sadly its not. its very buggy, doesnt have a settings page to change password, location of delivery, etc. and worst of all, it crashes ALOT! i mean i just spend the last 10 min. putting in my order and at check out, it crashes! im sticking to the phone from now on.
