Overall good with a few issues. Took a little bit to find a bike because I could not find the first couple nearest to me. I was initially having trouble unlocking a bike. The bike kept making noises then the app would error. Disabling Power Saver fixed this issue. As for the bike itself, the only problem I had was that was that the bike was a little small for me and I couldn't raise the seat high enough to make it totally comfortable. It got me where I wanted though and I would use it again!

A great idea but there's very little customer service and many flaws in the system. They respond in a timely fashion but they don't actually fix any problems. One problem I've been encountering is bikes on the map that are not visible. Someone takes them into their workplace and keeps them there or a homeless person takes them and puts them in their tent and keeps them there. Also when there are damaged bikes the damage bikes just sit there for weeks and don't get moved or fixed.

I liked it at first but then I added 5 credits and it says 30 mins for 1 credit (1$) I rode it for 2 mins to the store locked it so someone else didn't take it came back out to ride it home and that took 2 mins and there went 2 credits. There already having some maintenance issues and I don't know how to let them know so the next person doesn't try to rent it but it has made me very angry.

C70%
by C####:

Awesome idea, awesome app. I'm no longer afraid to travel Seattle from one area to the next purely for distance reasons. This service saves time that public transit alone cannot.

C70%
by C####:

Was a great program until latest update. Now it gives an error message any time I try to unlock a bike. Worked just long enough to start relying on it. Sad. :(

N70%
by N####:

I have tried for 5 days to get support. Emails, text, FB and even talked to a live person with no fallow through.

C70%
by C####:

I love the bikes and the concept, but as many have said before, something has to be done about people locking these public bikes up in their personal garages & homes

Q70%
by Q####:

Love. But needs: 1) ability to rent multiple bikes from 1 account and 2) report mechanical issues for a specific bike

C70%
by C####:

If you are taller than 5'8, don't try this. I'm 6'0 and riding this was a real chore.

C70%
by C####:

Waste of time and money! I tried to get my "first ride free" but the bike refused to unlock and after only a few seconds the app demanded I enter a credit card number to continue. Ridiculous!

Z70%
by Z####:

The app is overall pretty good. No way to report mechanical issues for an individual ride, or submit feedback at all. Also, if you are tall (I'm 6'2"), you will not have fun riding these clown-sized bicycles. I'll update to 4 star once there is a ride feedback feature.

by T####:

Of the two bike share services in Seattle, (and I have accounts with both) LimeBike is far superior in terms of app and bicycle. Bike's equipped with front and tail light, presumably powered by solar? It's 8 Speed crushes most Seattle hillsides. Directions are clearly marked on the fork, and locking up is as simple as sliding a lever through the spokes. Sleek and simple. Great addition to the city!

C70%
by C####:

Easy to use and set up. I Like the fact there are lots of these bikes everywhere around Seattle. So you're not going on a wild goose chase just find one. Also the basket is a nice touch, very helpful. Great job guys on finally getting the bike rental thing right.

C70%
by C####:

The app is okay, but the bikes are terrible: there's only a 4" adjustment to the seats. If you're in the 30% of the population that fits the bike you might like it, but the majority of us are going to find the ride anywhere from uncomfortable to painful on the knees. (Spin bikes are much more adjustable.)

C70%
by C####:

Could use some polish. For example, the map has two kinds of icons, one indicates a bike location and the other is an unexplained blue and white circle. After e-mailing customer support, I learned that these are 'preferred parking locations'. Why not say so in the app? Kudos for not requiring unnecessary permissions.

C70%
by C####:

I was walking by gas works park when I noticed this limebike. I got curious, looked it up and fell In love immediately. Great way to go where ever you need at an amazing price. Also great for a workout. Will definitely recommend to others and will continue to use this service. Kudos to the inventor of this idea.

C70%
by C####:

Great app for those of us who need a bike only every so often in the city. And Seattle is littered with these things, so you're never far from one. No helmets or way to report mechanical issues as far as I can tell, but economical and friendly. Good stuff.

C70%
by C####:

Much better than nothing, and better than other bike share services I've used. However the bikes are small if you're tall and I didn't have a way to report mechanical issues like loose seats. Hoping things improve, but I'll still use these bikes if I need one.

C70%
by C####:

Very cool and much needed concept for Dallas. However, inability to rent multiple bikes(for non-user friends or children without smartphones) is a pretty big con and I hope this support will come soon.

C70%
by C####:

Great idea, well executed. The app makes it easy to find a limebike, track your rides and account, etc. 95% awesome. The app could use some minor improvements. Specifically, it would be great to be able to report issues that I find with a given bike so they can be fixed (and so I don't get dinged for being a potential problem biker!).

C70%
by C####:

It worked perfectly when I needed it to. HOWEVER, the next day when I didn't use the app at all it consumed 10% of my battery and accessed my location for 7 hours. This is unacceptable. Clearly buggy

C70%
by C####:

The app itself is great, super easy to unlock a bike and start riding. Unfortunately if you're over 5'10" you will find the bikes to be horribly uncomfortable on even the slightest incline... I've never had this issue on other bike shares. Such a shame.

C70%
by C####:

Pretty simple. Like the service. Appears to keep location service running which destroyed my battery. Please fix that ASAP.

G70%
by G####:

awful! app itself is fine. but the bikes are garbage! they are the worst on even the slightest hill. mine kept shifting in and out of gear randomly. and the bell is part the hand grip which means you'll be accidentally ringing it all the time. nottomentipn that they are ugly as sin. I have no desire to try this again. too bad as the idea is good, but the implementation is poor.

C70%
by C####:

The app is useless for locating a bike. Many are shown to be in locked buildings/garages, which they might be, and others are just not there. I tried 6 different locations and none of the bikes were there. It's not like I just missed it either because they stay on the map a long time. Wandering around and looking for a bike works much better. The bikes themselves are for short people only. I am 6'2" and can barely get my leg past 90° with the seat raised up to it's highest point (which is not high at all) so they are extremely tiring to ride on even a mild slope, and I ride bikes regularly. Gear down and peddle like a mad man, or gear up and push hard with no leverage because my leg is bent. Otherwise it's a good service, but would be much better with a few improvements.

I70%
by I####:

Pretty decent overall! Would love the ability to give feedback on an individual bike - the one I took most recently sticks in seventh gear and I'm not sure how to easily report that - but from the perspective of picking up an individual bike for a one way ride it's AMAZING! Great for days when you're not sure about the weather, you can always take a bus home.

C70%
by C####:

App is decent, but service is lacking. Couldn't find a bike that appeared to be inside a building. Bikes are too small, under geared and super heavy

C70%
by C####:

The bikes are not for tall people. Even at max height, the seat is way too short for me (I'm 6'0"). This is probably ok for cruising downhills and flats... but not for climbing the hills of Seattle.

C70%
by C####:

Sometimes the bike unlocks.sometimes it won't . The GPS feature on app to locate bikes is no good. Looks like they have placed bike tags at random locations on map.

L70%
by L####:

The app is a good concept, they badly need to service the bikes more and it tends to freeze up sometimes and not show local bikes, or think I am in San Francisco but other than that it's fine.

C70%

A friend and me were coming from the Mariners game, we both grabbed a lime bike to get back to car. Lime bike: the best thing to happen to Seattle since Russel Wilson.

C70%

Would have been late to work without it. So useful!

Very convenient & fun to use! Great summer date! ❤

C70%

Seat needs to be able to go higher. Can't find bikes a lot of times even though gps says they're supposed to be there.

X70%
by X####:

Trash ass app!!

C70%
by C####:

The bike seats/posts are too short for riders 6 foot or taller.

C70%
by C####:

The process to find and unlock a bike is very easy. I use this service daily to commute from the ferry dock to my office.

C70%
by C####:

Worked good at finding a bike. No issues.

8 gears bikes are so much easier to pedal!
