My Flow Self Care

Just installed this and i'm getting absolutely nowhere. I created my FlowID and linked my account but everytime I go to see BILLS/PAYMENT the bloody thing keeps saying 'No Data Available - Check Internet Connection' Tf??

Suggestion, before a public release of a new version,just create a BETA programme and allow people to keep what they had less problems with. You then make it optional to download the BETA,while sorting out what unuh seem to can't get right. Simply put stop releasing half cook app as a public release. Shake mi head.

This app has backgrounding issues. Ever want to reset your password? Check your email. App reboots cause it's been killed. Want to know why Digicel is ahead? They make topups EASY. They do topup IN THE APP. They. Give FREAKING PAYMENT OPTIONS such as PayPal in the app. They make it EASYYY. Not like this sub par feature less app with a disjoin experience. Even the "add on" lack what each include. Why in 2016 must you send users to a NON mobile optimized site to login to a separate account to top up? Grow UP.

The app is almost useless to postpaid customers. I can't check call usage or text usage. Please for the love of god, give me the ability to see my Rollover and Current remaining minutes for POSTPAID Customers. If all it does is give me a feature that all android phone has built in which is to check data usage it's almost worthless. Don't make an app that is only convenient for you to collect money (one button bill pay) but no advantage for the user to check usage.

I prefer the previous version. I just signed up and now I can't log in. It's frustrating

I've beening trying for days to buy credit n it wont past a certain point all it does is jus load i had a emergency n thought this app could help but is jus a big dissappointment

Update this app today and now I can't sign in,please do something about it Flow

Flow you need to look at your apps because I having a problem sign up with your apps.

Everytime I try to login it telling me incorrect name or password but when I login on the comp it goea through. Uninstalling it

This new update is a Lil better I can get into the app but there is still more work needed

This app actually works! Finally a good offering from FLOW. Now please add the feature to purchase a data plan!

Worse app ever flow please spend some real money to develop your apps and stop using unprofessional idiots to do it.

Works OK for me. Once I ensured that my mobile account was added in the Flow ID service, it was easy to select the account in the app and see the account balance and data usage.

It kept on saying my information is incorrect when I try to log in. Seeing it was last updated in December 2016 it's now February 2017 C&W. Waste!

This is the stupidest app in playstore a mean wtf its use if u cant access it through WiFi huh??? Worste app ever just remove it frm playstore this is an embarrassment

I just can't get past the notion that I have to have a data connection for this app to fully function. Makes no sense.

What's its function? Its like a null app. I wasted my MB to download.

Linked my account and cant see the bills or payments

I think wether an account is active or dormant you should be able to make payment to it online. So this is on down fall of this app.
