This app helps plan your maximal poundage per set to hit your target rep ranges based on your 1 rep max. You no longer need to guess the amount of weight you can put up to hit your goal reps
The initial 1 RM calculator is just a guide, as you perform your excercises your power curve is stored and that will be used to predict your performance for the next set.
