App won't save password. It should also allow finger print authentication.
Unusable if it won't recognize my username and/or password.
Doesn't recognize password
I can't even log in to use it. I got to a screen for my username and password, then my numberpad pops up with no instruction other than 4 empty boxes. Tried various 4 digits, such as my PIN, etc, but nothing worked.
You can look things up and log in fine. You can even SUBMIT expenses. However once submitted, it sits in limbo, with a status of unpaid... Called support, they don't know what to do about it, but will tell you to "wait". Called for a week getting different answers, and been trying to email. Going to have to Resubmit everything from last year.
No longer as the pin option to login. Would like it back please.
Less useful than the website and less convienent as you can no longer save your password.
The latest update wants to force you to allow them or anybody they want to call or text your phone for whatever reason they want whenever they want. Do not install.
Stopped working last year, now I don't make any hsa contributions, my account shows as inactive and the app won't give my info, instead it says 'no active accounts' which in a way is true but I still have money in there that I can spend towards my medical bills, and sometimes I'd like to check that. Super annoying.
Why would you only allow a 10 digit password with one number with so many companies being hacked today. You need to change the password so you can put more than 10 digits and allow for multiple numbers or symbols. This policy needs to be reviewed by your company.
Provides all the info I need. If you require more info, go online to the main HSA US Bank Website. US Bank is the best bank I have ever used in my 66 years.
It is utterly RIDICULOUS that rooted users can't use thus app. LOSING A LOT OF BUSINESS!
Need to allow access to rooted devices. They have added unnecessary security restrictions.
My email notice said " Additional enhancements including access to transaction detail will be available this spring. It's a new day in healthcare with U.S. Bank! ". Most of the time I just need my balance before I make a payment - so kudos to you for releasing this capability now. Looking forward to what ever else you bring. Thank you
Está madre no sirve. El password no funciona
Probably steals info..entered in password and username and didnt work
Mine froze
U. S. Bank
Very nice that you can take a picture of the receipt and upload it when one is required for an FSA purchase. Would still like more functionality, but works well to know what my balance is and to see past transactions.
I received spam from US Bank about an updated application. Same restrictions are in place. Does not work on rooted devices. --- previous review below --- Lame restriction. Unable to look at banking info with this 'secure' app is bogus. This device is rooted to allow corporate work to be done.
I installed the app and couldn't log in. When I used the app's email contact, I got an email saying that mailbox is closed. I removed this app the same day I installed it!
Doesn't allow rooted device
Not sure why some have issues. Took me seconds to get in & get info. Highly recommend!
Its my data. I am aware of the "risks"
Crap
Last update really makes this app very useful.
No reason for that broad and open Cell Phone Contact provision to check an account on a smart phone. Won't agree and never will. The last think I was is to receive spam calls and txt messages on my cell from any and all US Bank "affiliates." Not going to happen!
All I can do is see balance and transactions. How about some real functionality like money transfer to other accounts to self-payback for HSA expenses?
You call this an app? sheesh... thanks for the "balance-only" functionality... :( sorely disappointed.
When I try to log in on the app it would say incorrect username or password, but when I log in on the web browser its fine. Definitely need changes.
Seem everytime they come out with a new version of this application its corrupted. just when you get this thing to work they change the version and it starts all over with the problems
Using a GS2. I like the simple format. Doesn't need much like the regular mobile app and lets you know your HSA balance. To exit, just press your home button!
I don't need to see my account details unless I am trying to make a payment. Please add payment capabilities.
I do not agree that providing you with a telephone number expressly consents your ability to send me prerecorded voice messages, texts and calls. I've uninstalled without agreeing to your terms. I will also encourage my company to use a different provider.
I can't even log in to use it. I got to a screen for my username and password, then my numberpad pops up with no instruction other than 4 empty boxes. Tried various 4 digits, such as my PIN, etc, but nothing worked.
So the developer finally updates the app to remove root restriction (good). Now I'm told (in repetitive, confusing legalese mind you) I have to give them my cell number, and approve that I be called for any reason, whenever, forever. On top of that, there's no mention of such requirement in the app permissions. What gives? Bumping rating up one star only because they removed the root restriction.
That its grabbing my telephone number, and that I'm giving them permission to any calls including prerecorded or artificial voices, get texts, and calls from auto dialers from US Bank and affiliates. Now and in the future, and regardless of purpose. Nope.
Thanks for fixing root issue!
App works as advertised. The phone number usage agreement can't be declined and is heavy handed, so I'm not scoring higher than 3 stars

Password has to be so complicated I can never remember it. When trying to reset password Google Chrome says it's not a secure site and won't let me navigate there. Have to use a desktop just to reset. The app needs to either remember password or have fingerprint authentication.Till this is fixed....One Star!
