Typical UPMC product... pure garbage. I can't even log in to my account, even though i'm using the correct username and password.

Cannot login with password that works online

Had same problem as other users, used the website where it said username is last name first name a D.O.B. in DDMMYY format and password is zip code. Hit forgot user name and was able to get logged in from there. the username had middle initial in it as well. Will use it and update review
