Said I needed to download a newer version. I literally just downloaded the app. No newer version available
Apparently this has not been addressed for 6+ months?!
Couldn't even login. No place to enter 5-letter code so maybe that's why.
Not only is their website the only one I know of that doesn't allow you to reset your password, but now their app won't let you past the security questions. It's like they don't want you to file claims to get your own money back.
It asks security questions then stops working. It worked great before this update, now it's useless.
Been over a month and still does not work on any of my devices anymore. Hope to see an updated fix soon.
Loved this app. Never had a problem until the recent update. Now it won't load.

Used to be able to simply log in and request reimbursement. Now, they ask me to establish security questions, which then cause the app to crash.
Love this app. However, not 5 stars because there needs to be a shortcut if you do not have a receipt. Also I can't update it to my new cards. Haven't figured that out yet.

Works like a charm. The registration process is little complex on this app so I suggest doing the registration on the website and using the same log in information on this mobile app. However, once you pass through the initial security and registration process then it works like a charm.
