Paychex Benefit Account

I can't imagine why they spent money on updating this app back to the stone age. The update is awful. Please, fire the idiot who thought this was a good idea. I will be filling a complaint with my company in hopes of switching services.

The latest update as of 2/7/17 is no longer supported on Android so the App is not usable. Before that, I loved everything except the login username obscurity. Please fix the issues. :)

Positive my login credentials are correct, but cannot access my account. Can't access my account on mobile browser because you need flash. What a joke. What year is it, Paychex?

For those that can't login, you have to find your user name. Login to the desktop site for "benefits online" it will have a link to this app. There will also be an yellow box describing your username and password. It uses different credentials than the normal site.

This was a good app. Now I can't even log in after it has been updated. USELESS

Can not log in. Call them and you get transfered to a department that doesn't answer. This app is horrible.

Took forever to figure out that you need to login online to get your account info. Once I did get that mess sorted, I found that the camera thinks it's upside down. (nexus 5x). Ugh

The thing crashes every time I try to file a claim. I have to file each claim an average of 4 times. Ridiculous.

The features of this app should be combined into the Flex app so that 1) people can use the same login credentials as Paychex Flex, and 2) so multiple apps aren't necessary. It was also not clear to me initially that a separate username and password are necessary for this app. These can be obtained by logging into your benefits account online and viewing the message about the mobile app. There, it will tell you your username and initial password. Once logged in, the app will prompt you to change your password.

I would give this app zero stars if it was an option. As with everyone else, logging into this app is impossible. If paychex insists on documentation, they should fix this app so they can receive it. Horrible.

They need to fix this ASAP. Try to login and gives me an error saying incorrect username or password

The app doesn't recognize my login and password, and there's a separate app for health benefits than for regular paychecks. App is useless :/

I finally got logged in using the terrible website but crashed submitting 1st claim. S5

If login in was possible would be useful. Right now this app is just a login page that doesn't let you log in

Does not login even when I have double and triple checked my login/password. Immediate delete. I guess I will have to use their horrible website.

Application keeps crashing, rarely works

Not surprising as all paychex applications and websites are out of the 1980s it seems but this crashes every time I try to file a claim. Terrible but I didn't expect much from this company.

Won't sign in, event using the separate username that Paychex requires for the app vs. the website.

Using it on a Samsung Note Edge. You have to login on the website to get your mobile username, which is not the same as for the website. No idea why they didn't use the same username. The app crashed after about 1 minute and became totally unresponsive. Had to kill it. Looks like could be useful if it worked.

To login, login into your web account. Click benefit account tab. You'll see a message for your account name and password for mobile app. Which is different from web credentials. Note: your initial password is lower case even though username is uppercase. It would be nice if paychex told us this in the email announcement for mobile app. paychex gets 2 stars.

TO LOG IN: Hope on the Paychex Benefits website, and follow the "Download the app" links in there. They will provide you with log-in information. What you use to log in to this app is different than what you use to log in to the site. Paychex needs to make this more discoverable and obvious, but log ins DO work.

If you can't log in after downloading. Shut down app. Reenter info. You may have to call Paychex to get the proper info to log in. What you use on the website is different than what you use for app. They will walk you through. They did a wonderful job to help me. Good luck!

I downloaded this app on galaxy s3 and note 10.1 and it won't log me into account. I tried numerous times and it returns error message.
