This app used to work and then one day just stopped. I have contacted the company many times via email and phone and can't seem to get anywhere on getting this issue fixed.

I just logged in from the website so I know I'm using the correct password and username. Couldn't log in after multiple attempts so I deleted the app.

This app apparently is for "credit" (FSA/HSA) accounts only and not for reviewing the use of your health care plan. The help number in the app took me to their credit department. They figured out that I was talking about health benefits and sent me to the "healthcare" help line. They were completely unable to provide any assistance at all. I tried reloading it and I still could not log in. I have an account and can log in fine "online" through their internet site but not with the app. I cannot recommend using this for reviewing your the status of billing and payments with your health care account. It doesn't work.
