The camera is upside down when submitting a receipt by photo. There is no such thing as customer service either. I'm actually not sure why I have this app still installed.
Making me change my password and the guidelines don't work.. Fix your app so it can be used and don't require ridiculous password settings. Use finger prints like other financial apps.
HORRIBLE service. Claims are usually denied repeatedly then accepted with same paperwork. Customer service is slow and not helpful.
With the new update, it forces my view to only be in landscape mode. Please fix bc this is annoying.

Very frustrating as it does not sync with thier own messages received via e-mail I have deleted and am trying to re- install and see if that works Been very frustrating!
This version is no longer supported, but update hasn't been released. App doesn't allow log in. FIXED PROBLEM.
App does not work. Says I don't have a network connection. I do. Lame to show that message when the app doesn't work.
Much handier and faster access than the website. Like it.

Went to submit a photo for my receipt and lost all my photos!
I decided to "save time and hassles" by using the mobile app to take and upload receipt images, instead of my old way of taking the picture with my phone, emailing it to myself, going to the DBI website, and uploading it there. Well, the camera functionality in the app CANNOT take a clear picture! I had 2 of my 3 claims denied because they couldn't read the receipts -- the pictures were taken by their own app! So, using this app to submit claims will actually cost you more time and hassles. Uninstalled!
Had the old version and worked just fine. Since they did this "upgrade" will not install on my Android phone. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 22 times to be exact and it does not work. Now I have to log into their website every time I need to use my FDA card thru them to check my balance. Don't release an "upgrade" until it actually works.
The upload/picture taking feature is horrible. My phone takes great pictures but this app refuses to allow it to control this function. This company is just another benefit that doesn't work.
Overall it is useful but the camera function for submitting receipts is quite terrible. There is no option to just take a clear photo with your camera app and then select that photo from the gallery; this app forces you to use the built in camera function and it does not take clear photos at all. EDIT: version 4.6 hasn't fixed this issue on Galaxy s7 Edge
The app is stuck on landscape mode. The app also doesn't confine to the new Google UI Design patterns which makes it a very clunky application. I would rather use their web site than to use this POS display of an app.
Makes me change my password but then errors out. App is easier than dealing w people, fax machines or emails... fix me please.
First screen requires that you change your password. Refuses to accept any change, tells you that an error occurred but not what the error is.

Easy to get up to date info
Pin authentication is broken on devices with 7.0 Nougat.
If only the company worked as well as it's app.

I can no longer use the app and I'm completely frustrated! When I open the app, I'm prompted to change my password. I've supplied various combinations as detailed in the password notes and I just keep getting an error message. FIX THIS PLEASE!!
Instead of taking a picture of my receipt, I'd also like to be able to upload a PDF of my eob. That would make this really useful.
App is unable to upload receipts. Contacted support and no help. No offer to fix app.
Worked okay until yesterday. I logged in with my pin and it takes me to a change password screen except it errors every time I add a new password and can't get any further. Please get this fixed ASAP.

Love the app before now forces me to change password but won't accept the changes(UPDATE) went to website and change the username and password and then app to works okay.
You must take a new picture of the receipt from within the app even if you were proactive and took a picture of it the day you got the receipt months before. I take pictures of all medical receipts when I get them and they don't do me any good with this app.
Once installed, good luck finding this app. If you have hundreds of apps installed, it"s a nightmare finding this. You will think Discovery and look under D. It is frustrating trying to locate this app everytime you need it.
Dentists often collect after the insurance is paid. Mine will call and I pay over the phone and they email me a receipt as an attachment. You should be able to UPLOAD receipts, not just take pictures of them. The only thing I use the app for is checking my balance. I have to use a regular computer to upload my receipt or waste paper printing it out and then taking a picture of it. A fix to the app for this would be great.
App halts when trying to file a claim. Buggy, but they'll get it.
Camera goes out of focus full tilt and stays there. PINs, even freshly recreated ones just lead to a login failed.

Horrible even after paying for service. The product and services are arcahiac, the reps tell me that they have limited access to my account detail a and cannot provide me full service. The HSA uses bellbank platform and has very limites capability to update status of a transaction. Investments cannot be made from the app, for that you need to go to the desktop version. The transaction request can take 5 business days to complete, what a joke. That after paying $2 every month for the services. I really expected more, however, it cannot do even the basics and reps do not seem to have training on the product as they had difficulty in understand ing what page i was and what i had done. Please improve your services and the product.
