After downloading the app from the Google play store on 12/22/17, I tried to send 2 receipts to Chard-Snyder after not receiving confirmation from Chard- Snyder, I called customer service and they wanted to know when I downloaded the app and I told them I downloaded it on 12/22/17 to my Samsung S7 Edge Customer service put me on hold and went to talk to someone else and came back and told me they had a glitch on the Android system app only....the Apple app works fine....I hope they get it fixed real soon!

Absolutely love the feature to take a photo of the bill with your phone to process a claim. Very convenient.

Setup a pin for your account then enter your pin, snap a picture of your receipt, wait for reimbursement. Awesome! Saves me a ton of time.
