It keeps saying error!!!!! Can't loggggg innnnnnnn!!!!

He is trying to create video to be liked to all.

I have been able to log on with same credentials as on website. Initial screen has HSA balance with any outstanding items that need to be reviewed.

This app does not work! It keeps saying 'contact an administrator'.

I gave it one star because this app does not do what it claims to. Supposedly I can make claims and upload receipts. Acually, I can only look at my balance.

App is apparently part of a pilot program and only one company is able to actually log in (i know - so nice of them to NOT put that in the notes here in the market)

This app sucks a root. No access to my account. I can't log in using the same login data I use to go online. Other than that, it's indispensable!

I love that I can take a pic to submit the receipt, but the app assumes that I'm taking a pic right at that moment. The claim may be flagged as needing a receipt hours or days later. Let me select an image or PDF from my phone to upload.

I just downloaded this app and I was able to log in with no problem.

Recently installed and have no issues with this convenient app!

Telling me I have the wrong credentials when I actually do. For once the app is what is wrong.

Did work wonderful now it states error logging in contact administrator. Contacted company they have been working on the issue for over a week and nothing fixed.....

So far I like the newest update. My only suggestion is the ability to upload pdf files from my phone as opposed to only being able to take a picture of the receipt.

I wish I could see my commuter plan. I can see it on the website but not here on the app.

Sorry, but this is totally useless. I did everything possible to get logged in, and still no luck. Reset my password, made sure I was logged out on my PC. Can someone who represents this software chime in here...

I verified my username/password through their website, tried all caps, all lowercase, no success. It looks like this problem has been occurring for some time now with no follow up from the company. Hopefully it will work in the future but not holding my breath.

I had originally had problems logging in because the website said I would need a different password. When I called Ceridian help desk I was put on hold after they heard my problem. While on hold I tried my password and it worked fine. I have not played with it much but it looks to do what they say and is easy to use.

Love knowing balance, knowing what is required of me. Absolutely a wonderful app :)

Like everyone else said.....cannot log in.....am deleting from phone.

Was able to log in using my username and password. This is a very basic program: available balance, account activity, pending receipts summary. The program name on the phone will be called "Benefits", not Ceridian.

Installed on my Samsung Galaxy SIII. Logged in with same User ID and PW that I use from the website. Opening screen gives current year FSA and balance. Touching current year FSA takes me to details including: Available Balance Final Service Date Final Filing Date Account Activity (which is up to date as of claims made a few minutes ago) including Payroll Deduction amounts and dates. Touching a Claim Submission gives total claim, for date of service, status (pending/paid - amount), opportunity to upload another receipt and link to uploaded receipts. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 was I was unable to load the uploaded receipt with Polaris Viewer or Amazon Kindle and that MAY be a function of those apps and not the Ceridian App. I may need to load King Office to my phone . . . Have not tried to scan an upload a receipt with my phone, but that looks like it will work as well.

... but seems like its lacking features. I do like that I can take a photo of a receipt and attach via the app.

Verified my login info with the website. This app is borked.

Installed the app, logged in, the app said I had no accounts available. Double checked on the web site, my account was indeed active. Mailed Ceridian for help, they replied: "Please be informed that you will not be able to access our website using any mobile application including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc. as this feature is not provided by your employer." So my employer has to provide this functionality? My employer does not write apps. Deleted.

This mobile app is sad. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank. Called to reset the password, please logged on to my pc no problem. Logged on to the phone - pointless.

Like the others, can't log in. Says username and password aren't correct when they work fine on the website. This app is no good.

Yep, this app does not work. Entering user ID and password returns an error of invalid account.
