Always being on the go I still want to be on top of monitoring account activities. This app provides that flexibility with ease of use.

I love this Lifelock it makes me feel safe.

Upon immediately signing I. And TRYInG to look into recent activity the page was unable to load with a "we're sorry" message. I'm pretty sure that's why I paid for this service, to find out who is using my name and the best the app can do is let me know they're sorry and that I can definitely upgrade for other information. Please...i wouldnt upgrade just to get more sympathetic responses.

No problem signing in. When I try to open any alerts, or any other info I receive a error message that says I cannot proceed because I need to switch to a secure network. I am on a secure network in my home! I get the same message when I turn off wifi and am just using secure cell data network. No matter where I sign on, I get this same message. Please fix this! UPDATE 5/1/17 My phone just received the latest 7.0 update. Now everything working great . Thank You for your quick and helpful response. LIFELOCK is fantastic. Just in my short time as a member, it has already alerted me to 2 identity theft attempts that were stopped thanks to LIFELOCK.

LOVE LifeLock. Anytime my credit was ever ran over the phone, etc. LifeLock would call me BEFORE I even hung up or finished the credit check! The app is amazing. I have absolutely no worries being a member at all.

App doesnt update accounts it shows a balance on one of my monitored accounts and hasn't updates for 87 days. And several deposits have been made within that time...not sure if i like this cause now i have to log onto pc to double check they have the info there. I also have my kids info monitored but cant see their info

Overall I have to say that this app is very easy to use and the resources at hand are amazing. The overall service you get from LifeLock is unparalleled and definitely worth every penny in today's digital age where identity fraud and theft is easy period if you have not thought about this this is a great service and their app is simple easy and most of all user friendly.

With Norton and LifeLock offer i am saving 9 dollars monthly when i had only credit tracker without any monitoring. The savings alone will pay a little more than half of the yearly cost. Goodbye Experian!

Cannot change settings via the app. App is great to look at these things, but any work regarding account settings must be done through webpage, whose security won't function with Chrome or Firefox on and android tablet.

It just popped up on my tablet.not sure how or why.if its free I'll try it if there is charges I'm dropping it.!!! All I know is that I have a Hacker torturing. Me making fake accounts in my name on other sites other than Facebook I installed this on.

Lifelock does what it advertises effectively. I'm glad to have a relationship with the Lifelock company. If it were possible to adjust internet monitoring for 'Security Questions,' then the company would have a more excellent service.

Would be willing to bump my rating if there was a built-in feature to dispute items to all 3 bureaus. This is in regards to more of the LifeLock service in general, not just the Android app itself.

I have been in a couple of years agonist the best way to get a chance to get the best way for me to help me with the help others that need to help you with their children and their families and friends to join us in our lives and protection for their homes to be smart and safe and secure. Not happy I got hacked you guys did nothing devastated of those loses way more than you guys cover an the same time lost 3 phones my identity an my tribal account an my access to my tribal I'd an I bet you guys sat there didn't care when I lost lab top for my business got overwhelmed you didn't realize I responded nobody cared to find out the truth social security an my taxes where mested with people arbitration threw my networks plus my credit got froze an lost everything.. idk what to think about life lock hurt don't know if this account worked or you guys even in the right type of work

Life lock does not have a live credit score nor do they tell you or help you get a higher credit score. This is the only thing I would change about life lock.

I heard nothing but good things from life lock. I just sign me and my son up. Looking forward to feeling better about our information & identify.

Credit scores aren't updated often enough, in my opinion. Overall it's a great company that really does try to combat the fastest growing crime in the world. Thanks LifeLock!

So far it's been great.thank you very much.it can be confusing to some people like me.but the staff was very professional and treated me like a king.if there were a ten star scale.you all at life lock would hat twelve stars.

It is true as announced on tv it is really a peace of mind. I feel protected knowing someone out there is willing to protect others regard if people have little or a lot.

Don't know why I didn't sign up for this before way better than the credit monitoring company I had before

So far so good. My dad convinced me to get it. He had purchased life alert and he got an alert from life lock stating did he really purchase it. Im hoping that i am as satisfied as my dad is.

I still can't see my credit score but other then that, I like it.

Still a worthless app. It constantly will not load the new alerts for me to approve or disapprove. What is the point of the app if not for this single feature?

When developing new ways to improve the financial safety of others, you guys are doing an incredible job. I know the needs and importance of identity, especially that so many people are on each application, more than 5 to 10 times a day; Give and take. I have been experiencing endless results, when it comes to my information and personal database. Keep up the good work and I look forward to giving my opinion on my applications and Ads.

If is free great on some thing yes I understand there going to be charged but for most part I been waiting for it not to cost so much thanku

Just downloaded the app but have been a member for 4 or 5 yrs. So far it seems to be great.

Only had this app a few days but I've been a member for years and they have always sent me an alert when my credit was being used.

A great app if you are concerned about identity theft. You can keep an eye on you credit cards and account openings.

I haven't had this app very long yet but it does not seem to be very user-friendly so far.
