- Request An Appointment:
Members now have the option to request appointments. For members with CCM or CareSync Plus plans, choose '+' in the Appointments screen then select Request An Appointment. Simply enter the preferred dates & other information, and CareSync’s Health Assistants will call and make the appointments.

App only works for one person, and defaults to the first person to sign up. Not only do I not have an account, I can't access the accounts for my children. Family access would be beneficial for caregivers of older patients as well.

I thought wow, this is terrific app. I entered all the info, saved it, l'll finish later. Well l signed in but it wouldn't let me add or edit. After trying several times. I gave up and in installed it. It could have worked.
