By far this is the worst service that I have ever received in my life. It was a wrong decision of mine to get my Aqua guard serviced through Life easy.in which has turned out to be a disaster. Person who came for service was a novice and not equipped and in turn a job which was only meant to service a well running Aqua guard, spoiled it completely including the main Circuit board and demanded rs 1100 to change it. Since had no other option, approved of it, to which he confirmed of coming the next day after charging Rs. 400, as that days visiting charges , for a job which was not completed. To the surprise of my life that guy never turned up and all my repetitive calls fell on deaf ears and all Mr. SUJIT jha could do was to give me future dates. I waited for 7 days, skipped and went late to my office multiple times, as I kept waiting and hoping on the words of Mr. SUJIT JHA that someone would definitely turn up. Since my Aqua guard was now not working , I had to buy water bottles from outside and now I was losing my patience since I also have a dog in the house. Finally a guy came and changed the circuit board and assured me that it will work fine. I paid him Rs. 1100 and hoped my life woukd be normal again. Within 1 hr of that mechanic leaving , Aqua guard started leaking from 2 places, although I didn't make a noise about it hoping that at least I will get drinking water now. Again to my surprise Aqua Guard was not filtering water and for complete 2 days my entire family, dog were drinking unfiltered water, before we could realise - by the taste of water and visible particles. This time when I called up the call centre,was spoken rudely and was told that your money would refunded and I should go with some other service provider. I contacted another vendor who took Rs. 1800 from me and again replaced the circuit board and few other parts since the one which was given to me earlier was faulty and reused and was not doing it's job properly. It's been a month now and I still have not received the refund of Rs 1100 and again my calls are not being responded and all I get to to hear from SUJIT JHA that woukd be processed in a days time. My proactive ness to get a perfectly working aqua guard serviced has led me into a disastrous experience and woukd be very cautious before experimenting with such online service providers as LIFE EASY . IN. Definitely not worth wasting time.!! Also if someone senior to SUJIT JHA CAN CONNECT WITH ME SINCE HE IS NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE CALLS.

Worst services and never on time..u may a booking two weeks before still on due date they will tell u that technician is not available..i would never recommend to anyone. Instead shell few more extra bucks and get it services from urban clap

This is guys are not at all responsible for getting the service delivered. Once they receive the request they keep on fooling the people . It has been more than 24 hrs I have put an request but no one contacted me. Never use this app they are not at paunctual and they simply waste your time.

I have got number of services, it's amazing that we have such a system in India for these services..love to get one more service. Though it's bit costlier but they understand the value of quality and timely execution so it's worth for money.

People are not aware of customer care. Requested for AC service but n there is no response after 7 days. Uninstall the app.

They purposely damage your appliance and charge 4 times. Service is so bad. Electricians have no knowledge about anything. They fool the customers. Even after paying if the product does not work they will not pick your call.they abuse and refuse to provide service. Dont ever use it

I called these people for A/c installation they took almost 5 hours to install the a/c and charged 2800 for just installing the ac after a day there was a water leakage they again took 2 hours to fix the problem now what i am facing is totally unexpected there was a leakage my ac is not cooling now upon calling they said they will send someone but they canceled my request after two days. Worst services please be careful

They don't know how an appliance works. They damaged my appliance. One of my appliance part is also missing since they have serviced it and when I called they refused to come and check. I paid 3000Rs. and paid 2000 again to buy that part from the market. Fraudsters they are! Never take their service.
