Option 1 : Download LifCARE APP, Submit your doctor’s original prescription by click on ‘Submit Prescription’. Put your address and our pharmacists will get in touch to confirm order.
Option 2 : Just incase, you can’t download APP. Call us or WhatsApp on 8302032000 & set-up a visit from our pharmacist.
For our existing LifCARE customer –
Once you download the LifCARE APP, use your mobile number registered with LifCARE. You will see all medicines you have ordered & for people who has already submitted there prescription in past , will find there prescribed medicines in ‘Repeat’ section. Your addresses & phone numbers are automatically updated. Please use this section to place refill request / reorder medicines conveniently in future.

Cant cancel orders, Cant delete profiles. Also does nt lets plan delivery. Dznt suggests other cheap substitutes and stock update. Overall not satisfied.

This app has bug not getting otp and when i click resend it shows initial page

Need to reload again and again. No proper tracking of order. It just shows order verified after one day. After that no update on app. Daily revise the delivery date. When call to their customer care no. no proper response. Will not suggest to use this app. Rather suggest 1mg App. It's quite good. I am using since last 1year and quite satisfied.
