Poor tech. Failed transaction and still waiting for the refund initiation. No reply from support regarding the non receipt of payment. No 200% cash back in the wallet on successful order as advertised in the campaign. No refund of wallet amount yet on the failed transaction 19/04/2017 I have tried licious couple of time in the last few months and have been satisfied with the delivery and the product. It will be great if payments could be made through UPI

In name of state of meat processing n all these premium gimmicks​ ... It's a good way to charge customer double the price than the regular market. I was a licious customer n ordered many times in the past. But in the name primum when they started giving chicken neck in the package​ ... i stopped. I only suggest Licious to people who are new to meat . Otherwise it's better to get it from a known meat shop in your local area. At the end ..Licious is like drinking a cup of tea in 5 star restaurant in the name of so called luxury n primum!!!!

Hi, I am new to this app and orderd meat and fish from here, after Reading the reviews I am very sceptical to as to what would be the quality of the meat and fish. Hope it doesn't disappoint!! Also I would ask the delivery person to carry drivers license as I live in a restricted area.. I have dropped an email but no response..Wish I could add the screen shot of the same.0 stars for you

Items not over-priced, basically it's double. And the so told freshness and quality, that every good shop provides. Don't understand what's the big deal in that. I buy only when they give offers, even that also high than market. I don't know what Licious is up to.

Ridiculous business model. They do not cover beyond 10kms but continue accepting orders beyond that range. I placed an order at 11am this morning and was informed at 12.30 that my home is 13kms away from their outlet. The point is, why did they accept the order in first place.

They are bluffing the customers with wrong promotions (referral program) and also cost vs quantity is also not matchable better to go near by meat shops in the malls

Quality is pathetic. Meat is not fresh both quantity and quality is suspicious. I feel they serve frozen meat.

There's no beef nor pork. Big letdown.

Best place to get non veg.

I order it day before with scheduled delivery between 8 AM TILL 11 AM. Next day morning at 10-30 customer care folks call and say it is out of stock when it is pre ordered I should get the priority not other folks. This is pathetic service

The rate is too damn high, per market rate eg. 1 kg fresh cut sliced dices chicken is Rs.170 kg, here only 500gm is Rs. 120 kg... also not sure how fresh the meat or products are better to go to narket spend sometime and get the meat, fish checked and get it. Atleast you will save cost and avoid inconvenience in waiting for your products to be delivered

They dropped a leaflet at home it says 10% off with 'licious10' code. When I apply the code, it says, code not applicable in Bangalore. Bad campaign...

They deliver at their convenience. Very unprofessional service.

Untrustworthy service..takes order and after all payment happened on the day of delivery customer care call and say there is no stock on what you ordered and asking to order some other item...very worst..now we need to wait for 5-10 days to get the money back...

Just everything was pin perfect. Perfect meat, quick delivery. One of the best. Thank you guys. Hope you keep the reputation.

Licious when started last year was extremely good and balanced in terms of quality, pricing and offers. That said, as months passed quality slipped, offers reduced and rates skyrocketed. Time to introspect why their competition is way ahead in both ratings and app downloads despite no "state of the art" facility or " world class" quality.

Initially when they started it was good. Over time they quality had reduced and prices no longer competitive. They even started charging delivery charge irrespective of order amount. Not happy with the app anymore. Would help if quantity was more customisable than only fixed weights.

Had to cancel my first order as they assigned the delivery to a wrong hub. This despite the App picking the correct address automatically. Worst part is refund takes 7 to10 days. Lesson learnt. Always opt for COD while trying a new App.

If the meat as claimed by licious really anti biotic and growth hormone free, then the price is a steal. But can you guys assure and certify the same or its just any other marketing gimmick.

Awful quality. When they started it was good . But over time it has gone down . I hv stopped ordering white meat from them 2 months ago because 3 times prior to that they have sent stale meat . You can say it's stale because it looks extremely pale and the fat appears yellow which is not a good sign. Today I had a scheduled delivery for an exotic, exotics are only available for scheduled delivery, and again they sent me STALE fish . Another issue is that the delivery guys never carry any change . They have actually opened their wallets and showed me that they have nothing . Fix it or shut it down . But stop tricking people.

I ordered prawns pickele woth 3days its expires.. Its have worest taste totaly prawns are spoil... Customer suport please response...

I have been using this app for more than 3 months. I should say they deliver world class meat. They maintain hygiene and fresh(not verified personally though but much better than local shop meat) and when I receive I feel it is in good condition. It is really worth paying that little extra money as it won't go waste because they compensate with the quality and quantity. Most of the times I got less bones in the meat and fresh fish. I feel they have less collections of fish may be improved soon. They have professional customer support and I never had any problems with returns or any assistance on the orders. They have good offers on the app as well. One downside is, they deliver meat in plastic containers which I really don't like. Finally, I had very good experience with them and I hope they maintain this in future as well.

Cheats. Gave me cash back in cash+ account. Instructions state it gets redeemed automatically on an order. It doesn't. I had to select it manually. Amount reduced by 100 rs, and after I pay, I see my wallet was charged the full amount. And after that delivery boy comes and states weight is more and I need to pay him 3 Rs more. I didnt have change and it sounded absurd for them asking me rs 3 more at the time of delivery. The delivery boy says he can't help it. I have to get him the change from anywhere. Can't they add that to the wallet as a negative amount.

Highly overpriced... Who would pay rs.155 for 658gms of chicken when I can get 500gms for rs.80-90 at the local meat shop. Do good amount of research in the pricing of all your products and change the prices of all if you don't wanna have a shutdown.

Extremely over priced. Understandable when you say chicken and red meat are hygienic (no evidence though). But what about fish? Local fish shop charge 540 Rs for 1 KG prawns and you are charging double, so are other fishes all double priced from market price. It's from the same sea you source the fish right? Definitely extremely over priced.

Licious gives extremely bad pieces. If you're ordering lamb, goat or chicken; expect only bones. With fish, expect the wrong fish. The business idea is great. The product is not.

Though the products are priced on the higher side, they are absolutely fresh, clean and well packed. I've been using Licious app for more than 3 months. The customer service team are prompt in addressing any issues/ concerns. No problems till date

They are concerned about customer feedback. They called me on my feedback given and resolved in better way. Chicken taste is good and tasty compared to suguna. Little expensive but i m expecting that they might come up with better price

Chicken, mutton, lamb, sheep and sea food all these we can get everywhere. I would be pleased if you add pork and beef in the menu.

First time ordering. 1. On time delivery 2. Meat was really good. I ordered chicken(curry cut) 3. End result: Chicken was soft and tender. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Suggestions: We should have the option to choose the cut size. The pieces I received were way larger than what I wanted to work with. So I had to recut it again. Too much plastic involved during delivery. Hopefully you guys will start using eco-friendly packaging soon.
