I like libertyx but now I can't buy more cause they don't have any more pin stores and now the closest one for me it's too far. You should have to take credit card payments to make it easier instead to find stores to go and buy.

It was fun while it lasted they couldn't even reduce the stores down to the ones that had three stars!!! they just pulled them all! Closest store to Me 2 hours away????

WARNING! POSSIBLE SCAM, NOW! This used to be a great app / service. Now it won't accept my pin. I've emailed support with no response, tried calling the 800 number, but their T-mobile "voice mailbox[es] are full". Update: They answered one of many phone calls and told me that it would be resovled soon. Aaron asked me for my BTC address, but they have since turned their phones back off. Still out $265!

I use to love this app when it show on map the few stories in my town that I can get bitcoins from now it don't I still can go to the store and get the bitcoins but don't show up on map I wish they fix it back like it was.

The stores I went too didn't know what I was talking about. I showed them the instructions the app provides and still didn't get any bitcoin

Not one of the stores in my city knew what I was talking about not even the managers. No one would even try. Support is also unresponsive. This service is crap.

I went an hour out of my way to get LibertyX I went to redeem had to created a account did everything that was asked of me send them a picture of my recipe like they asked my account needs to wait 1 business day to get approved it's haven't heard a response back in 3 days now I'm out of $150 bucks from what the recipe says

People leaving bad reviews just dont know how to use libertyx nor know how to properly communicate with the cashier. Just say you want a libertyx pin from the prepaid gift card machine

From what I heard a big company dropped them when they were bought out because "bitcoins are bad". There was 6 stores around me(yes I had to explain how to do it to almost everyone one) and now there's only 1, but is still very easy to use and is great if there's places to buy from around you!

Awesome at first, then they changed their platform for purchasing them and no out of the 20 stores around me that state trailblaizer, none of them have the right device, right option, know how to take a payment, and much more. This app is essentially useless. The least you could do is allow us to filter out stores that actually accept libertyx and have been used. I found one near me, they charge me tax on top of my 300 purchase plus i got fees from this so i was out almost 50 bucks just to buy this. Allow us to see others comments and ratings on stores. Im sad but at this rate its been a few months and i cant only imagine you guys are losing more and more business. Please fix this.

This app was great to buy bitcoin at first for no fees at all but something changed and several stores stopped supporting their services during some changes they were making... hopefully it goes back to how it used to be when there was 10-15 stores in my city but now since the change I would have to goto the next town over and now they charge fees. This service was great, change things back to the old LibertyX!

The majority of retailers don't even know what epin is much less use this seemingly obscure technology. And I'm not in the middle of nowhere at all. Useless app. Plus $50 limit? Why bother? You'll just end up having to use localbitcoins anyway. Waste of my time and money I lost $50 trying to use this app.
