OK I never once said I was opting out, at least the 15% is better than no discount at all. If someone reads this please understand I NEVER VOLUNTARILY OPTED OUT, any discount is needed because of the state I live in has outrageous insurance rates besides. PLEASE ENROLL MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

They said I need this to get more of a discount. What they didn't tell me was that it would kill my battery within a couple hours. Have to manually make adjustments just to preserve my battery throughout the day. If I forget about the manual adjustments it doesn't track my trips. Very frustrating; there has to be another way other than this app!!

It was okay at first but it always kills my battery and now that I am only 10 days from being done, it has conveniently stopped tracking all of my trips. My 2 hours drive yesterday was definitely not 1.3 miles and 3 minutes long. Needs a lot of improving.

Horrible app. Doesn't always start while driving, stays on all time, kills battery and is very frustrating. Not what I expected. Many improvements are needed.

Only been using for a few days and here are some issues that need to be addressed: 1) I live in a stupid town. People cut me off and pull out in front of me all the time yet i still get docked MASSIVE percentage on my braking because im avoided an accident. 2) It really does kill your battery. My wife has an LG G5 and her battery is goes from 100% to 50% in a matter of hours. 3) Every event should be able to have an explanation on what happened.

After updating it is now saying that we opted out of the program and won't get our discount. Yet it says idling and not logged in. Records other drivers. Records driving even while I'm asleep. This app sucks and isn't accurate.

Complete garbage can't wait till it's over.

Have to constantly charge my phone because of if this app. 40% of power is used by it.

Just updated the app and now it will not open. I receive an error every time I try to open the app "Policy data is missing." and then it force closes. Updates are supposed to fix problems not create more. I would rate this app with a -5 if it were possible. Worst app I have ever used!! Records one phantom hard braking and drops me down by 20%. Almost every trip records inaccurate data, I was given 2 braking events and 1 acceleration event going through a drive thru for lunch and it drains my battery if I leave it running in the background during the day.

Not running on my Note 5, running Marshmallow. States there is no policy data, then the app closes.

Please hire quality devs and improve the app performance..

If you have to slam on your brakes to avoid hitting someone that cuts you off..you get an "event" same with fast acceleration...and if you drive late at night that hurts you too...so remember this app only helps the insurance company not you!

This app is the biggest scam that has ever existed. Not only does it record your walks, runs, and riding in other people's cars, it records for minutes after you get out of the car. It only takes 1 event to go from 28% down to 22% savings. Stopping at yellow lights will get you flagged, and there are times I was flagged for stopping my car in my garage! This app is a battery drainer, runs all the time, and they calculated in just enough time and oversensitivity to ensure they will get their money.

I didn't like it at all. If I forgot to modify a trip when I was a passenger it took points away, IF it thought I accelerated too quickly it took points, if a deer ran in the middle of the road and I broke hard, yep, it took points. How can it account for a deer or a pothole that I had to break for? That doesn't make me a bad driver. Glad to be done with it. Oh and let us not forget about the battery draining issue, ugh. So glad to be done and uninstalled.

I had 5 stars on breaking and accelerating for a long time and then suddenly now I have 1 star in each category, and I have been driving the same as I did to get 5 stars. Complete bogus. Of all the "incidents" listed, the only one that actually was something was when I stopped quickly for a yellow light. Apparently running red lights is linked to safe driving. Who knew.

Bogus incident claims. Phantom breaking and acceleration issues. Only reason I used this app was to help with my discount! Nice idea but too many bugs need worked out.

The app is not designed with mobile users in mind. It feels like it should be a desktop application, which might help explain why the usability is so clunky. The "always on" method of tracking would be creepy and disconcerting if it actually worked. Unless you're taking a turn at breakneck speeds or going above 55 mph, it refuses to start tracking you. There's no method of manually letting the app know you're about to drive. It makes me want to switch insurance knowing this is what my money is going toward.

This is the absolute WORST app I have EVER had the displeasure of using in my entire technological life. Not only does it not comprehend when me and my car have stopped, but you are totally unable to edit anything - God forbid there's a legitimate reason for your breaking or driving at night because you'll get dinged on those. Just ridiculous.

Downloaded just like everyone else to get some savings. I was at 28% discount when I was driving my truck, but as soon as I rode my MC, I got hammered with heavy braking and fast acceleration several times a trip. Keep in mind that the bike is a commuter bike and is ridden by a responsible, mid-30's dude with a family - it's not like I'm hot-rodding around. App is a tad too sensitive as has been mentioned by others. Also, it takes only 10 events to kiss a descent discount bye-bye...

Phantom hard braking will kill your discounts! I am ticked my discount was adjusted by a hard braking incident that never happened! I am glad to get a little extra discount for trying the app, but it needs to be more accurate. Otherwise, how you drive may not necessarily matter.

To sensitive on the braking all my events have been because of animals or someone else cutting in front of me without using their signals and i am being penalized for it.

Not accurate at all. I'm the slowest on the gas that I know, and yet I get one star for acceleration? I'd rather you cap the discount at a lower percentage and actually accurately reflect driving habits.

Random braking violations that are not really there conveniently reduce the savings I build up. I am conscientiously driving with extreme caution only to receive these phantom braking issues. Furious. I sense a scam.

A total joke. Completely rigged. Trip logged by 2 different people in the same car for same trip and one person had 0 events. Other person 2 events. Explain that.

It's obvious that this is a total scam and that Liberty Mutual predetermines your discount. I've had numerous instances of what people on here call Phantom Braking where the app says you slammed on the brakes which causes you to lose some of your discount. So today I intentionally took a trip to another city on local backroads and coasted to every stop sign and every red light l still was given an incident of hard braking which lowered my discount another full 1%

If your vehicle is over 10 years old, this app is not accurate. If your vehicle is 20 years or older, you will not get a good rating, I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler and I am a smooth driver. Hold the same speed, brake with plenty of time and accelerate at a reasonable rate, yet it gave me very low ratings.

Completely inaccurate !!. Listed hard breaking when there never was, crashes my phone and kills my battery. Latest update wiped all data and log in from account. Terrible app.

Have had to reload 3 times in 15 days. Permenatly penalized for quick braking when cut off. Not accurate at al.

This app is very inaccurate. I got an acceleration issue when I was only driving 25 mph in a snow storm! If you don't drive you get docked percentages which is ridiculous because you may not go somewhere everyday or could be on a vacation and not driving. You also may carpool so you would have to say you were driving when you actually aren't. Also, since the update it is draining my battery so fast causing me to have to charge it all the time. Ugh....only 70 more days of this!

This app is so inaccurate. There is no way they can give you a full discount when they can't even track your driving properly. The latest update is killing my battery. Will not use anymore.

I don't brake hard, but app says I do. It's rigged to cheat you out of the full discount.

App records some trips now after update but doesn't say what constitutes a hard brake or acceleration and seems to record phantom events. App also seems to drain the battery ever faster than ever.

It dings you when u r getting on highways while trying to merge in whth flow of traffic. Also when down hill ,or other drivers that cut u off , because of sudden lane changes . It is set up for perfect driving conditions

Could be good app. Really sucks discount based on faulty app and no real customer service. Does not record like it should.

Battery killer and not accurate will not be doing much longer

Update didn't fix anything still doubles my trips mileage still deleting the aps on my phone now it's running the battery down on my phone in 10 minutes

Interprets bumper to bumper as heavy tip in. Better with tracker on obd port.. this is scam..

The application is so sensitive to stopping and accelerating as it doesn't take into consideration the real world where people cut you off slam on the brakes in front of you don't use turn signals in front of you and that causes you to get an inaccurate readings.

Not accurate. Stop working . Keep crashing. Slowing my phone. Draining my battery.
