Log Eraser for Android
With this app you can quickly empty that folder, choose to empty it on boot and also have a notification appear when it fills up above a predefined level.
This app is opensource! See http://github.com/liamwli/LogEraser
Does exactly what it needs to do, empty the logs made by the Galaxy s2, to regain memory.
Cleared 1.3GB! Thank you soo much! :D
You saved me 500$
data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/log... is troublesome. Yet the app states log folder does not exist, so I still have to manually delete it. Clever, eh?
This is rather problematic because I need it to clear space, but I need space to download it...
Telling me unable to get root privileges on samsung galaxy tab 2. Any ideas how I fix this. Nick
Didnt work for my lenovo tablet, it says my device is unrooted. How can i fix this?
Thanks. This is a great app. Please can you add the option to not be notified when the logs are being cleared? Also, can you remove the toast notification on startup? Thanks. :-) Just a couple of suggestions to make this app even better than it already is. You saved me just over 500mb!
Cleaned 730 Mb for me!
This is sweet, thanks for making this app. Had this issue for a long time on two galaxy S2s. You have saved me so much hassle. Nice one!
You saved me 500$
When I installed this, I discovered these logs were taking up 1Gb of system space!! No wonder my phone was running out of storage room. Absolutely fantastic, thanks. :)
Had installed this on Galaxy Pocket having this bug, works great! Had installed here also as a precaution, thanks!
Seems to be working perfectly.
Thanks for this update, it seemed to fix my "unable to get content size" error. Now my /data/logs folder empty again. Thanks for this app, it really solved my phone's memory problem. I rate it 5 and will see how well this goes lol
This app works as promised. No more pesky logs!!11
I get "Unable to get content size!" error. Tried both Service and Script method for emptying on boot, but neither work. Have to use manual method with another app: 'SD Maid'.
Found this app via XDA Forum after finding that my SGH-I777 had filed the system storage space with 1.2GB of log files. This app will notify me when I have surpassed my limit of 30MB and quickly get rid of them. Right now, I use it about 3 times a week.
I made this app because of a bug that was annoying me. I hope this is useful to others!
This sounded like the perfect fix for my issue, however upon loading i get "Unable to get content size" message and then the app crashes. Could be the fix i was looking for but won't know until i can run it.
Crashes every time I click erase logs.

First off Thanks I didn't know that this app existed i was about to make a boot script .On the phone that the log error occurred i had to wipe the old log files manually. Then i could install this app.So there is a problem :It keeps On showing "Please Wait While i gather data" Almost as if a event is triggered every 1000 ns making it impossible to click on anything.I think it have to do with the Data Counter , If So i would Recommend You Do a Button insted of a event.Second can you put a timer or a Auto Clean Function? ThanX!!
