[LG U+] 전자문서 서비스란?

세금계산서, 발주(주문)서, 거래명세서, 계약서 등의 오프라인 문서를 공인인증서를 기반으로 전자문서화 하여 업무시간 단축, 비용 절감 등 고객에게 편의성을 제공하는 서비스입니다. 이제는 PC, 스마트폰, 태블릿PC 기기를 통해 언제 어디서나 쉽고 빠르게 전자계약서, 전자세금계산서 기능을 이용하실 수 있습니다.


[서비스 이용방법]

- 기존 전자문서 고객 : 이미 LG유플러스 전자문서 가입 고객이시라면 앱 설치 후 서비스를 즉시 이용 가능합니다.
- 신규 전자문서 고객 : 회원이 아니시라면 LG유플러스 전자문서 홈페이지에서 회원 가입 후 이용 가능합니다. (홈페이지 주소 : http://edocu.uplus.co.kr)


[서비스 주요 기능]

1. 계약서 조회
- 송신함 : 계약 상대자에게 발행한 계약서를 조회/확인 및 전자서명할 수 있습니다.
- 수신함 : 계약 상대자로부터 받은 계약서를 조회/확인 및 전자/수기서명 할 수 있습니다.
- 완료보관함 : 계약 당사자들의 서명이 모두 완료된 계약 문서를 조회/확인할 수 있습니다.

2. 계약서 작성
- 웹에서 등록된 계약 양식을 계약자를 선택하여 계약서를 작성할 수 있습니다.
- 양식 등록은 모바일에서 지원하지 않습니다. 홈페이지에서 등록한 수 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 세금계산서 조회
- 발행한 매출/매입 (세금)계산서를 조회/확인할 수 있습니다.
- 역발행 세금계산서를 승인할 수 있습니다.
- 이메일/팩스 전송 기능을 지원합니다.

4. 세금계산서 발행
- 매출/매입 (세금)계산서를 전자서명하여 발행할 수 있습니다.

5. 알림설정
- 전자계약 문서 단계별 진행상태를 Push 알림 설정으로 실시간 확인할 수 있습니다.

6. 공지
- 서비스 공지사항을 확인할 수 있습니다.


[안내사항]

- 본 어플리케이션은 안드로이드 계열의 스마트폰에서 충분한 문서 발송 및 문서 수신 테스트를 통해 진행하여 출시되었습니다. 그러나 특정 스마트폰에서는 기능오류가 발생할 수도 있으니, 이런 경우에는 고객센터(1644-7882)로 연락주시기 바랍니다.

- 이동통신망(3G, 4G 등)을 통해 "U+ 전자문서" 앱 이용시 가입하신 이동통신사 요금제 종류애 따라 데이터 통화료가 발생할 수 있습니다.

- "U+ 전자문서"의 전자서명 기능을 이용하기 위해서는 반드시 모바일 기기에 공인인증서가 설치되어야 합니다.

- 공인인증서를 모바일로 가져오시려면 "한국정보인증(KICASign)" 앱을 설치하고, PC에서 한국정보인증 인증서 관리페이지(http://www.signgate.com)로 접속하여 "스마트폰용 인증서 복사" 기능을 이용하면 됩니다. 자세한 설명은 홈페이지를 참고하세요,

Tax invoices, orders (orders), standing, trading statements, a service that provides convenience to customers, such as off-line electronic document based on a qualified certificate document by shortening working hours and costs of such contracts. [How to use the service;

 - Existing Electronic Document Customer: already available in the LG U Plus electronic document Up Customer Service immediately if you are installing the app.
 - New electronic document customers: members ahnisiramyeon LG U Plus will be available after registering on the website of electronic documents. (Website address: http://edocu.uplus.co.kr)

                              
[Service Features]

 1. Agreement viewed
      - Transmission with you: You can sign query / verify and electronic contract issued to the successful bidder.
      - Inbox: allows you to view / electronic signature verification and / handwritten received a contract from the successful bidder.
      - Complete library: You can query / verify the completion of all contractual documents signed by the parties.

 2. The written agreement
      - The contract registration form on the Web, you can create the agreement and select contractors.
      - Registration form is not supported by the mobile. You can register to use the website.

 3. Tax Invoice Lookup
      - Issued a sales / purchases (tax) bill can be viewed / check.
      - You can accept a reverse issue tax invoice.
      - Email / supports faxing capabilities.

 4. The tax invoice
     - It can be issued with an electronic signature of sales / purchases (tax) bill.

 5. Notification Settings
     - You can check in real time the electronic contract document step-by-step progress to Push Notification settings.
 
 6. Notice
      - You can check the service announcements.


[Instructions]
