Seit Donnerstag kein Internet+Festnetz, neue Connect Box geht auch nicht, Support keine Chance durchzukommen! App bietet auch keine Alternative, zB Trouble Ticket an.. Weiss wirklich nicht, was ich noch machen soll, ausser hier einen nutzlosen Kommentar zu hinterlassen und mir Abzüge an der Rechnung vorzubehalten!! ,-(

Can log in, had to change language, would be helpful if it used the phone language by default. Can get a prompt when a bill is overdue. Cannot access Wi-Fi free. When I log into a computer it's shows it but not in the app. This the app offers no useful function to me.

Useless. It's a dumb WebView, very clunky, badly implemented. The Wi-Free map is not working for a month now, and nobody bothers to update the API for the map tiles. This suggests that UPC doesn't really support this app. Also, it does not detect the device language.

I use MyUPC online, have downloaded this app multiple times and cannot log in. I am told that my username or password is wrong. It is definitely not! The error is telling me that i have entered the wrong username and/or password. I am 100% certain i am putting in the correct credentials, i have checked this on my PC many times, and have no issues logging in. This still happens...

Habe die App heruntergeladen. Funktioniert leider nicht. Ich kenne laut System meinen B. Namen und Passwort nicht. Habe es ein zweites mal versucht, kann sich jeder mal verschreiben. Ging wieder nicht, schade! LoVe UPC E.
