It does take a bit to figure out how to use the app to its full potential but, even in the meantime, it's still very useful to see all of your account information in one place. You can add any account from any bank (not just LGFCU) and edit the account details so they mirror the details at that bank so you can see projected income over the next few months, how well your investments are doing, you can add budgets, see how much you spend and what you sirens it in each month (area of most money spent - least), and many other features that I don't have the time to list, haha! It's a great app and I highly recommend it!

Pretty good tool to manage a wide range of financial institutions and accounts. Easy to see where you're money is going. Sometimes the way things are categorized makes it hard to budget accurately but overall a good app.

Cannot open anymore to even enter an access code. I logged out by mistake

The app will not open, it worked fine before the update. Change it back so it will work again

I have android phone it use to work but for the last week it will not open but the same applies works perfect on my daughters apple phone

Like the ability to check most accounts. Some banking facilities aren't recognized and I had to enter them manually. Also, please change the login format where you have to get a new code every time you log in. That's a pain.

Does not remember log in information. Must generate new access code every time.

Tracking the budget is great, but be careful, because it lags a little on the real time transactions. To get an up to date accurate amount in your checking or savings account you need to go to your bank homepage. Other than that, the app is a great tool.

I really like this app. It is real simple.

Never tells mean accurate amount. Even after reloading it multiple times, it still doesn't work.

I absolutely love this app! When I had my iPhone I had problems with it not working but now I have a galaxy 6 edge and it works perfect! It does take some time for transactions to appear but love the app.

Now it is not working.. It keeps crashing. It won't add up my balance until like a week later, if it does it at all. This has been going on for a month now... Come on... This is so inconvenient...

Set everything up. Every time I tried to access it. My phone froze and had to restart it.

And the ability to pull in multiple financial institutions. This app is great for understanding your cash position and forecast through budgeting. Simple and easy to use.

My account balances are always 3 days to one week behind and now my accounts won't sync at all. I've tried updating the app but that didn't help either. I need something that is more up to date when I check account balances.

Sorry guys... you have a great idea, but what good is a banking app if it's a month behind real time. That can't be too hard to do.... RIGHT?

The account info shown is not in sync with actual balances.. Just going to use the Web lgfcu site until this is addressed. . Also seems to stay active after exit. . Don't need this app active all of the time.

Can't close app. Have to shut phone down just to exit app on Samsung Note 2. ...

The overall app design is very well thought out. But, there is one major issue and that's the fact that whenever I try to scroll/slide over to The next section it tends to freeze and/or just crash. I like the budget tool, it works well, but I wish there could be a setting to create a "budget bubble" with whatever we want to name it, that way with things that aren't listed on the app could be added. Other than those two things, I like the app, just wish it could be fixed within reason. Thank you!

The only good this about it is the text messages when you receive a deposit. I have to beat my NEW phone to death just to get it to move to the next screens. And it won't accept updated information.
