LG Service India for Android
Could not find any way to edit account details after creation. I registered with a wrong email id but a correct phone number. The account has been created but I can't see any option to edit the details or any option to send an email for account correction. Also since the phone number is already registered it doesn't allow me to create a new account. Stupid app.
Poorly designed app. Have a problem with LG service. Want to escalate the complaint. Tried to submit my problem on their website. It wouldn't accept, saying that the query only takes characters. But I only used characters! So I decide to download the app. I registered as they asked, filled the query and press send. It says, sending failed, try after some time. I tried after some time, and it says the same thing. If the management doesn't want to know what is wrong with their company, they should just say so. Why pretend to give your customers an option in your poorly designed websites and apps?
Worst customer service ever. If i could I would give it a negative rating.My request is pending for more than 15 days and they seem least bothered about it.Will never buy any other product from this pathetic company
DEAR USERS STOP BUYING LG PRODUCTS AS THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING DAMAGED APPLIANCES. Very very very very bad services and products. No followups. Damaged appliance provided. NO PROVISION TO REPLACE IT.
What can I do with this app and your 72 hour service if you can't resolve my refrigerator's cooling issue from last 1 month. LG you have worst management.
Worst service and products, don't ever think of purchasing LG water purifier... First of all it's costliest in the segment with worst customer care and service. For in warenty parts also they take more than a week to replace. I would have rated negative if there would have been option.
Worst service provider .they say service men will come in 24 hours but they didnt come and even they talk roughly. Why to make this kind of app and assure to the people that you are listening. What they do is just make fool .
Worst product.Dont ever think of LED tvs from lg. Simply said by LG as their LED is not made for work on house UPS/inverter.
Borest service off LG. I had maid many complaints related my air conditioner but always customers care excutive say problem will solved within 24 hours already 3 to 4 days completed for registered complaints. Don't buy LG AC go for Voltas , Hitachi
One of the worst service purchased washing machine on 25th june 2017 till now no one has come for the installation. Once call logged within 24hrs they send the service man they give assurance of it but all in vain. Service man too never picks the call.please if u want to buy lg product keep in mind u have to invest for the demo too else u have to wait for 3 weeks atleast .PATHETIC SERVICE
One of the bakwash company in the word. I have problem with my lcd tv , called them 100 times but yet no response . I am planning to go in consumer forum.
Talk with the staff(rajan jaiswal ) regarding extra charges of stand of washing machine (worst experience reply was 5000 ₹ ka b stand atha haan) need to been learn to talk to clients worst customer service
Brand like LG should spend some money to make stable and qualitative native app. This is pathetic w.r.t. customer user experience and performance.
Why didn't you add smartphones in the product category? I am so disappointed as I installed this app for this very reason.
i am able to login with my credentials in website, but i am unable to login with same credentials in this app. Waste app.
Lg product and there service totally garbage, In 2014 brought first lg smart tv Rs 85000 and trust me guys , it's very worse decision of me . Tv panel is so cheap quality build within 6 months start getting 3D IPS LCD problem, it get replaced but still start getting problem in new panel infact lost Rs 12000 for pathetic AMC . AMC is traps cause they knew there is not good in quality and again brought new tv in 2016 and on new smart 3D web os 2.0 tv Rs 72000
It is one the worst service I had ever seen no one responds in a correct manner even doesn't respond to the queries we done worst worst worst the best worst service of all

Bought Split AC by one condition that it will be install within 24 hrs but no service provided yet to install..worst service of LG..never go for LG again..Better to take hitachi....

I bought LED TV just 2 1/2 years back, now screen showing different flash lights service people told it costs around 15thousand cost.plz dont buy lg products. .....

I would have given this app a negative if I could. Registering itself is such a pain. It says OTP sent and it never arrives. AC delivered but rookies install and still waiting for 3 weeks to get it fixed. Summer is over, but ac not ready. All you get from their call centre is I am sorry sir- tape recorded message Crappy people who are after your money and don't care once they get it
