Not compatible with Android 6.0? last I checked 6.0 is above 4.3! Worked well on my Samsung s3 (Running 4.3) and Nexus 5 (Running 6.0) upgraded to Nexus 5x (Running 6.0) not compatible with device. LG says it doesn't support Android 6.0 and doesn't have plans to. Yet it still ran fine on my Nexus 5 with Android 6.0.1.... YOU MAKE BOTH DEVICES!!! WHY NO COMPATIBILITY WITH YOU TWO DEVICES???

After the last update,the app can only be started through the play store. Signing in takes too much time and fails every second time. Otherwise, the functions together with the lifeband are quite good.

I put off the review until I got over the whole earbud add-on thing. The base app covers the product as per advertising. All project objectives were met. It is safe to assume the team adjourned. If this project has a update, as a consumer, I have 2* request: 1) Take 'heart rate' out of any advertisement for a pedometer without that feature. 2) adopt full support of the 'jog tracker' app. Thank you for your time with this transmission.

Tried over 20 times to pair with my Sony Xperia Z5, including restarting, uninstalling etc, but it won't pair. I give one star for successfully annoying everyone.

Please sort out this app so it opens! I have to open it from the play store to get it going. I've spent a lot of money on a life band. Sort it out!

Bought for the LG Life band at a discounted price from Best Buy. The app worked fine on Kit Kat but an upgrade to Lollipop will not allow the app to restore. The app has a simple interface and I thought LG did a decent job of presenting information in a colorful and precise manner. Too bad the device may have to go back because of this software error.

When it works, it does it's job just fine. Then, suddenly, it won't open. Sometimes I can do a clear data and it starts again (and I have to log in and set it all up again), other times I need to remove and reinstall it (and do the set dance again). Might get a few days, a few weeks, maybe even a few hours before I had to repeat the process. The app hasn't updated since I got it, so it looks like LG have given up on it. I cant' recommend it, unfortunately.

This app was great when i first got it 2 weeks ago. As of Friday i can no longer connect or sign in. Will someone please fix!! Thank you for fixing. Maybe next time there will be a bit more communication.

1) Option to show text message received. 2) Show name of song playing. 3) Missing ability to close app without app shutting down sync. 4) Also, sync to Google Fit. I would really like to see these things added.

I finally had a phone that would install it but now it don't work and my band unusable. Also I lost the dock to charge my band with. Is there any way I can purchase a new one or is it done?

It used to connect well with Google Play music. But now it can't. Don't know why. I just can pause, volume up n down from the band. But for start playing music, I still need play manually from the phone. Help.

On top of all the other problems, it Does not work with an LG G4, this is odd as I thought given both products are LG's this would be seamless.... Unacceptable LG

Why would you need me to go through all these steps to make an account that still won't even work. Won't let me sign in despite having reset the password 6 times already. I'm just trying to change the time on my lg smart watch but can get past the login screen. Tried logging in with Facebook and making my own account but still won't work.

Great app and tracks stats well. My only issue is that it does not record my average and max heart rate for each workout. I'm using a Polar H7.

Only way to open the app is from the play store. Accuracy of distance is terrible. Heart rate functionality is the only saving grace.

Apps wouldnt launch after being disconnected or unsynced for quite some time. The only thing you can do is to search for the lg fitness apps in the Google playstore and after finding it open it there by tapping "open". Only then the apps will open and starts syncing...Is this normal? I Dont think so, Lg fix this error!

The app failed to be launched by icon. I have to launch it through Google Play store.

Login problem

Motorola G3 Android 6. If I close the app it will not relaunch, if I shut down my phone it will not relaunch. All I can do is uninstall then reinstall. This is crazy! LG sort it out: some people don't want your app or their phone running 24/7! Because of this LG fitness products not recommended.

I love almost everything about this app BUT now its not letting open the app and when it decides to let me it says im already signed in using Facebook but when i sign in with facebook it says error and kicks me off. Please fix

If for any reason you stop this app or reboot your phone, you have to completely Uninstall it, reinstall it and set it all up again. I tried contacting the developer, but even the email address to contact them isn't even in service anymore. I tried contacting LG online thru their chat service, and they told me to contact the developer. It's an endless circle of no help, no updates and no solutions. Unfortunately, it's the only app I can find that works with the LG lifeband, so I'm regrettably stuck with it

App works well for about a week and then will refuse to open. The only recourse is a complete uninstall and reinstall. And you cross your fingers that LGs servers are accessible when you need to authenticate for the first time, or will want to wipe the app and hope for the best on another install attempt. Really expected more from LG on this app and band combination. Moto X 2nd gen.

Had a ways to go, but it's a good start. Needs more features such as diet added in. Also lacks other app interactivity like Endomondo or Polar. Connectivity with MyFitnessApp is poor, as it NEVER has full burned calories for the day properly updated. But for its core purpose it's good and has been on par with Fitbit and Gear Fit. Would also like it to run in background without always having to pull up the app to update info on my phone. Biggest con is it signs out a lot and doesn't sign back in for hours.

I have to go through the initial start up everytime. Resync the Bluetooth from my Z1 to the band. Even then it doesn't always work. Just performed the firmware update in the hope that it may be usable only to find that it failed and is now trashed. Avoid LG at all cost.
