qBittorrent Controller for Android
Love the RSS feed, adding downloads, and organizing. So much easier now to do all this on phone. Had all for a while now, RSS urls keep getting clipped and breaking feed, but otherwise app is still nice.
Very nice, just what I need.
Hi, what file extension is required to load the keystore? Thanks
No proxy/socks setup option....
It works.
Works great! Ubuntu 16.10 with qbittorrent 3.3.6
Works very good and easy to setup.
How it work , please gice the description so that most of ppl can take benefit
Is there a way to pick the download path?
Used to work fine but now cannot add torrent. I can still view and manage torrents so it must not be connection. Adding new torrents is just silently dropped now. (Edit) The update did fix the issue. Now works perfectly!
But I can't figure out how to make this work. It won't connect to my computer.
Great app, use it alot. Just went pro, totally worth it
I have a doubt... Whenever I open the app , it s showing me, " to start using the client set your qbittorent server settings"... What should I do??
Get app and the developers where fast to fix the magnet link issues.
For great app and for developer dedication and fast response at solving the problems
Since update sending magnet links will produce a "torrent sent" message in the app but they will not appear in download list. Same for copying/pasting a link in the Add, torrent link area. Only way I can send torrents is by downloading to phone then use Add option, torrent file, and direct to the saved pathway. This was working perfect before the update. Stock Nexus 5. EDIT: confirmed fixed in latest update thank you.
Love the features but it crashes Everytime I try to see torrent details when I click on a torrent using Nougat. Still better then anything out there even with the bug!
Looks good, very fast, but can't add private torrent files from browser. Any solution? If this essential feature would work, i'd by the pro version instantly.
Does everything I ask of it. Perfect for controlling my NAS downloads when away from home.
needs ability to select destination before downloading
Torrents from private tracker won't start. Just keeps saying torrent sent. Works fine from public tracker unfortunately I use a private tracker so won't be going pro
Working perfectly till now. Will upgrade to pro soon.
Love this app but it no longer works when I updated my Nexus 5X to Android 7.0. The app will open but as soon as I tap on a torrent that is downloading the app crashes. Maybe some testing with Android 7 is needed and an update to Fix the bug. Would definitely give it 5 stars if I could use it properly again. Great work by the way :)
A great way to download to your PC remotely. If you set it up right, it works perfectly. Currently it seems to actually perform better over Data instead of WiFi. Crashing issues have been fixed for the most part, so I'm raising this review to 5 stars.
Followed all the instructions and then tried anything I could think of but it just won't connect :/
Doesn't work....will not display anything ....transdrone connects and works....so I don't know what the problem is with this app. Tried it several times....very frustrating.
Authentication errors every time I started it, eventually it stopped authenticating and now it doesn't even find the server.
How to settings not open any site. How to connect with wifi.
Very nice software. recomend. please add sort torrents by "added on" date. thank you.
No means to force-download. Riddled with ads.
VERY hard tying to get the controller to talk to downloader I can connect from browser on a PC as long as its in my network but if its not on my network have to sift through everything to try and find my IP set the port in your router... etc just not worth the hassle. Trying to get away from utorrent which used for years seems to have slowed over the years but Ican go into utorrent settings set the username password and done. Can't ask for more just stuck with Utorrent till have couple hours to get working
Fixing "host or IP could not be reached"!!!!!!! or at least what fixed it for me. Uninstall qBittorent Controller and reinstall, also update qBittorent on your main PC. Its working for me again. This is an awful solution, this problem shouldn't happen in the first place. Hopefully this helps someone else. Web ui is working. Iv checked the connection, ip address, port and password all are correct. I can access the Web ui from chrome on my phone but the app won't connect. Just wanted to add that qBittorent Controller USED to work great. I loved this app because I could monitor and add to my torrents at home. Unfortunately something changed. Also the error I'm receiving is "host or IP could not be reached". I know the IP, port, username and password are all correct. I can log into the webui remotely using chrome but not this app. Please, please fix this problem.
I set up the app but it doesn't display anything at all. I believe the settings are correct as no error message is generated at the bottom as it is for incorrect settings. qBittorrent v3.3.5
Does it all
Works really well
There is a error message when it is. opened, it give this message, IP or host name can not be reached check the setting
Adding torrent does not work if the torrent file needs authentication to access. It does not work with private trackers. This app should be sending the actual torrent file to the client, not the URL.
"authentication error" x100000, "Your IP address has been banned after too many failed authentication attempts." If I get my password wrong can you not get me banned? Thanks. Also why can't I sort torrents file list?
Once I have enough, I'm gonna buy the pro version!

What a useless app on my S7 Edge. It keeps telling me to setup my server settings in qBittorent settings. What a joke! The developer couldn't just make it easy with a set of default settings. I use IPVanish (private VPN client) which is currently setup on a server in the Netherlands to protect my privacy for all network traffic to/from my Galaxy S7 Edge phone. If you need a Torrent Client that works right off the box, then try CatTorrent (it would keep bugging you to manually setup your server settings while your personal VPN app is running in the background.
