Lexmark Mobile Print

doesnt work

Disappointed. Just doesn't work for CX410de which is in the supported list. Samsung Galaxy S4, android 5.0.1.

Waste of time, printed a 2 page document and watched as printer produced 100's of pages of garbage. Had to kill power to stop it. Don't bother with this app....

Can't even find my device when it searches. X4650 is supported according to your list. I know my printer works because I can wifi print from my laptop running windows. Can't even find the printer with samsung s5 Thanks for your reply but the x46x series is x46... so perhaps you should drop the false advertising and either fix the app or say what it really supports! I bought the x4650 solely for printing kids school stuff, office stuff etc and now it's practically useless since we don't have a pc or laptop that will work with YOUR LEXMARK PRODUCT. Complete garbage.

So far so good, it was easy to download the app and connect to my printer....I was totally impressed. Loving it!

My printer is not very old, and lexmark could make it print from my phone, but they didn't. Just spent $50 on ink, too.

Try to print a PDF to x364dn. I get a print out that does not resemble the PDF. I tried 'send to' and 'open with'. It worked before.

This app works flawlessly as described, however I can't help but agree with the review below. Android can handle many types of files; if other printer manufacturers can support more files, surely Lexmark can. Five stars if you can see a way to support the typical office file types (doc, xls, rtf, txt, odf) at least. Edited to add: Microsoft has added printing support for their apps, so things are a little better.

*Importand My printer was detected but unreachable by the app, I had set the ip 192.168.1.51 but my router has the 192.168.2.1 I did try everything , even calling lexmark service (reset the printer, upgrade the firmware, reset the lan card...) The solution i came up with was to change the ip to .2.51 instead .1.51 like my router one

Dose not work on Samsung s6, finds printer but when you print it says the printer is unavailable.

Great app. Quick and easy use. 5 stars. People need to download a reader for their type of files.

Horrible and not supported by this printer. Have to go to generic printer software app. Glad I got rid of my Lexmark to go to a Kodak. At least their app pics up older wireless models.

When searching, i can find the printer but unreachable

who needs a built in browser? i want to send web page to the printer and have it use last settings, double sided. It will NOT let me choose double sided!! Also, instead it opened in its browser, have to sign in to web page if necessary. if it had a reader mode like Safari or Edge i might. Not this. So dont use your share menu in Chrome, Edge, Samsung web.

It can search and find my Brother scanner printer but it cannot find my Lexmark pro205 manually or by search. The Android hammermill app can find it. Obviously that indicates a less than perfect concept.

Can I use this for the x7550 printer

Does not work, (other thrid party apps do), with Lexmark printer c544n. So very poor give it is from lexmark. I think I will loose the printer

Didn't work. This so did not locate my Lexmark 4690 printer/scanner which was turned on and correctly running on my home network WiFi. Let me clarify - my printer is X4690 which your app clearly shows it should support X49x series.

I really do not like ad I cannot print find files or documents to print from the app. Only showing : print from camera ,web,clipboard but no from files or download. Very disappointed. Please fix it for easier use. Thank you

I'm having The same issue as Google user. While attempting to rename photos, popup for permission which I denied, then when I returned to photos, several pics unable to open since WP,,,,,_Pro.mpg4.t... Renamed and unable to correct.. Access denied or unable to open, no app available

Scanning and Printing work well. Just a problem with naming. Typing causes two or three of the letters typed to have to be backspaced.

This app changes file associations (clarification: "open file with" settings) so that some files are directly sent to the app. I had the problem with .odt (OpenOffice) files and had found no way of resetting the file association. Trying to open the mentioned OpenOffice file results in having the file sent to the Lexmark app but the Lexmark app isn't able to deal with OpenOffice files not even print them, at least not in my setup. I have installed the app because I have in my small office an X548 MFP. The only solution: uninstall

A little bit clunky but works very well with pixel android 8 and Lexmark cs310n.

Spools out loads of paper with a small amount of code. No actual photo was printed. Useless.

Since upgrade to new Android it stopped working!! Not impressed. Sure. It literally just crashes. it opens and trying to connect/print and then closes down.

I have lexmark pro 715. Its not on the list but i can use the app to print from my s7e. For someone can't work with this app. U have to make sure your mobile and printer on a same network. My printer can't connect to wifi through 5hz. I have to change to 2.4hz. And it works fine. Before u print from mobile. U can check does it work when u print from your pc on a same wifi network? What i don't like about this printer is ink price is expensive. And no way to reset chipset on ink cartridge. Next time i will buy something that i can control ink by myself. Soon bye Lexmark.

I own a lexmark 656de and i tried on 3 android devices but same error on all 3. "The service is either not reachable or invalid..." Guys other printer brands have a good printing service. Please be so kind and make a good app in order for us customers to use the printer as we intend to!

So my Lexmark printer / scanner works fine its just Lexmark has decided to make it obsolete. Very good Lexmark, i now have to throw out a perfectly good printer . That must be great for the environment. Shame on you !

Such a good app should support more then just few printers. I have a pinnacle 903 pro and it's not supported! Do something about it!

I am able to print from network printer but it gives me only black and white print. I tried changing the colour in printer settings in mobile but it wont let me. Please advise how can i print in colour from mobile...
