I paid Rs 375 for 5 advices on 13 july. But till today after emails and phones made. Nothing happened. Seems like they don't pay phone bills and don't read mails too. Feeling helpless. Is there any mechanism you have set up so that if someone pays money and points will update automatically. If nothing is done, atleast read mails and pick you landlines or cellphones.
