About Audio Buffer Size
A simple test app for determining the native buffer size and sample rate for OpenSL ES audio applications on your audio device. It runs tests based on analyzing timing jitter with various parameters, then infers the buffer size and sample rate from those tests. Then, if you like, you can upload the results to a website (audiobuffersize.appspot.com) so we can create a database.

Музыкантам: уменьшая величину буфера можно уменьшить время аудио задержки (те увеличить отзывчивость музыкальных программ). Но не перестарайтесь потому что могут появиться прерывания звука (искажения) в моменты сильной загрузки процессора.
