Plume for Twitter

Pictures take forever to load and most videos don't play at all, arrow just spins and spins. Pretty sick of it to be honest, but I paid for it at one point when it used to work.

Since latest update, videos in tweets will not play on my HTC OneM8 running Marshmallow. I have to download them - not safe so I have to skip the videos :-(. Hope it's fixed quickly. I've tried many Twitter apps & Plume has been my favorite for years. I love that I can choose the background color of tweets. With each category a different color (friends, tech, weather, etc.) I easily can breeze through just the tweets I have time for @ the moment.

Update after update fails to fix it randomly jumping weeks into the past of my timeline and now it has started locking up on open. Done with it.

Every time I refresh tells me I have new mentions. I don't. Have Uninstalled/reinstalled. Still a pain in tail.

Seems many of the issues I have had with this app have been resolved. It doesn't crash hardly at all, and hasn't lost my place in the timeline yet. Wish it would notify on Likes and new followers though. Ubermedia Seems to have things smooth so far.

Plume is undoubtly full features that I need yet very lite. One thing I concern is that Plume cant show notifications of our liked post and new followers. Or this features are ready in the paid Plume? And sometimes neither our RTed tweets are not showed.

It takes long time to load tweets, slow search results or no results at all. Very slow playing video and loading photos. Used to be my favourite.

**BUG: Cache displays wrong avatar on wrong tweets. Restart Plume fixes it, but happens often. *#* ALSO: Receiving Error Message "Cache Limit Reached - Timeline Position Outdated".

I can't figure out a way to jump directly to the top of the feed without scrolling through every tweet posted since the last time i checked it.

Plume was great for a long time, but unfortunately problems persisted such as I'm unable to load most images, can't save images directly from the app, and other small annoyances make the default twitter app a better choice currently.

I've used this for a while but recently it's turned to cr*p. It's slow. Buggy. Fills up memory. Hopeless.

The refresh button is really inconsistent with its behaviour. By pressing it I want it to load new tweets while keeping me at my last read tweet on my timeline. What it's actually doing is either taking me to the very latest tweet ignoring my current position on my timeline or taking me days back in my timeline. Please fix this.

New version(s) same problems. Buggy as hell. Scrolling gets stuck all the time. Sometimes jumps back days, weeks, and more, in your timeline when you open or scroll the app, which is the very thing they keep bragging about in their new releases as being fixed. Trust me.....it isn't fixed. (It actually gets worse with each update.) The counter is a joke. I've yet to see it be accurate. They don't seem to know how to fix their app. Lots of bug reports but no new version. Makes me think they're either incompetent or they don't care about users. UNINSTALLED!

New version is unusable. Freezes on open, eventually does then get messages that I have New mentions and reached cache limit. Too bad as I've used it for years. Was the best out there. I'm installing another app. Hopefully they'll fix it. Maybe I'll come back.

I keep getting a "too many blocks" notification. I can have the app open and be doing nothing and it pops up. I haven't blocked anyone in a long time and wasn't getting the message for a few months, but it's back with vengeance.

Plume has been my favorite 5* twitter app for years, it's just gotten really bad lately. Usually crashes twice upon opening, third time works fine.. Often jumps me back 4-10 days worth of tweets and it takes a ridiculously long time to get back to the new ones, and as of the other day, constantly tells me I have new mentions when I don't and it's getting seriously annoying.

UI freezes right after the start, app doesn't respond on touch-screen actions. Some time after "application doesn't respond" message appears. App now is absolutelly unusable on Android 4.1.2

Most of the time, Plume has been superior (5 stars) to all the other twitter apps I've tried. But since the latest update, the app keeps jumping me back to where I started. No matter what I do, it won't remember where I was. Very frustrating ...From a Premium user

Moved to a different app. Consistently "stops working" while moving between columns. Can't use for 4 minutes without having it freeze. Crash, crash, crash Nexus 6P

Let's get this out of the way: It's not TweetDeck. Tho it is fairly close. Biggest issue: SLOW. AS. HELL. Constant OS complaints of "Plume is not responding" while updating. Big issues: Follow function has never worked right. I'd choose a few accounts to follow someone on, and the follows that actually happened would be WRONG. Lesser issue: Widget is clunky and confusing. Minor issue: No follow/fav/RT notifications? Or did I just miss them? Update: No longer generates constant OS complaints, but can be overloaded with accounts - eventually becomes unusable due to lag. Appears to choke on any account involved in a multi-user DM.

Gave this app another try. Pros: good interface, ability to see multiple accounts in one timeline. Cons: no support for polls, will frequently fail to show replies/threaded tweets on retweets, when threaded tweets shown, requires clicking through one by one instead of full thread.

Update: Several new updates have come out which fixed the major problems I'd had before. If you gave up on Plume when it was buggy, try it again! It's back up to speed, and awesome as ever!

Was great for years. Has been broken for Android users for weeks. If they fix it, I'll come back, but it's useless for now.

You STILL have not fixed the duplication of tweets problem, and my DM reading is NOT accurate. Also note, that the timeline keeps jumping back to an older date and it's taking TOO LONG to refresh. FIX IT please.

I've been using Plume since Gingerbread. Have paid for full version. Is there a reason that duplicate tweets *still* appear after all this time? Surely this can't just be down to 3rd party API access? Clarity on why this persistent bug exists after over five years would be great.

No. of likes/retweets hidden.interface mediocre. Still better in some ways than other apps.

Ever since I upgraded to Nougat the app and widgets are buggy. Widget won't update. App doesn't update on its own anymore when open. What's up?

Right now there are ads constantly opening browser windows and pop ups with virus ridden spam in it. Unusable. Was a long time user but this sadly happens every now and then with this app.

Plume crashes constantly and is often not usable. I'll be looking for a different Twitter app.

The new update won't let me save pictures from instag like before !! Even when i press save button it saves files named "media " that I can't open. Also my list won't get me back to where i stopped it takes me to top tweet !

Love the app but this recent timeline bug is really annoying. It keeps jumping straight to the top instead of where I last left off.

Unusable. Uninstalled after several years of enjoyment followed by a quick and steady decline after Ubermedia took it over. Ubermedia's record of destroying everything they touch remains intact. -100 stars.

app is working great again; however, can't see replies on retweets. most go to original poster's timeline, find tweet, and then view replies. not a huge deal but pretty annoying nonetheless.
