The service is great. But the app is pathetic. It keeps asking login id and OTP almost 10 times a day. It is impractical to do any payments using app. The web data has no connection with the app and its totally blank. But i like the service they are providing. There is a lot to improve on the app

The pickup time is shown as 45 mins but the rider is no where around. And the backend team is totally unaware of the person who would be picking up the bike. Post pick up they stop responding to your calls and call centre is forever busy. It is certainly worth it to go and give the bike yourself for servicing.

I HATE LET'S SERVICE.. MY BIKE IS NOT RETURNED for 25 days.. Never go for this company... I and my wife got harassed and still my bike is not returned to my house... NEVER GO FOR It... P&D no. LSAT 7910. Bill number.. Still I have not received my bike...

Bad Service. What's the point of an OTP which comes after 15 minutes and is already not valid for the current session and you request a new one and it goes on in a loop. Thumbs down :(

Pick time shows 30 mins, runner denies duty after 90 mins. This happens multiple time. No proper planning. Last time given wrong service book to me

Absolutely no coordination and follow up between the customer and the service center. Pathetic service. I would not use this service again. The delivery guy was the only helpful person, to some extent. These guys cheat as well. They had charged 2k when the bill amount was actually 1600/-.
