LETSFIT for Android
There are no instructions in the manual about how to track sleep. Can't figure that out. I inquired with the company using their online submission form. It's been more than a week and they have not responded . Keeps time and tracks steps, that's about it. I have the non heart rate model. Glad I did not pay more than $30 for the device
I would really love this device if it would sync. It sync once and now will no longer work which means i lose all my info to go uninstall and reinstall. Which is super frustrating and a waste of my money. If this issue could be fix id me more than happy to go back and rate this higher.
This would have been a 5 star review a few weeks ago but lately the app won't sync and the only way to get it to sync is to delete that app and start all over again, which means i lose all my data which is extremely annoying and inconvenient! Please fix this as it was working perfect before this.
It has been 2 days since I got my Letscom tracker... And for 2 days now I have been trying to figure out how to get my call alerts and my SMS text alerts from my Galaxy S7 Edge... I have everything set up on both my phone and my tracker to receive both of them but for whatever reason they are not working... I get all of my social media alerts with absolutely no problem at all... If anyone can help me out with this I would be extremely grateful... Other than that this thing is amazing... I will change my rating after I can figure out how to get my alerts... Seeing as that was one of the main reasons I decided to get this one as opposed to the different ones I came across...
Rubbish. Bought as good reviews for device. In the 3 days I've used it I have had to repeatedly remove and reinstall the app as it fails to communicate with the device. And now it refuses to bind (pair) with it. When it worked I liked it but not much good if it won't pair with the app. Total waste of money right now !
For the cost of this thing it really needs to be fixed! It always needs reinstalled to sync it... It's getting old having to go through the trouble of updating my info all the time and setting up my settings. I've had this for almost a year and none of the problems have been addressed or fixed! So if anyone is looking to buy this thing...don't! It's junk!
Doesn't sync with the device unless you uninstall then install again which means you lose all your data so completely defeats the point of an app that tracks your progress. If it did what it was supposed to I'd give it 4 stars as the data analysis is good. If this problem is actually fixed I'll happily remove this review.
Despite all the recent bad reviews, i haven't had any issues with mine. I have had it for over a month now and it stays in sync. Not sure what the deal is with everyone else lol.
Tracker for steps needs to be more Percise . Bluetooth has a bug needs to be paired every so often. Would like to see it sync with Samsung Health. I've had it for a week maybe things will be updated soon.
It's quite frustrating that I am unable to set the time on the device or the app. It keeps showing the time on the device in 24 hours and I prefer 12 hours. If the developer could help me out that would be great. It doesn't always record the sleep time.
Only syncs once then you need to reinstall it. Totally defeats the purpose as you then have no data stored to track progress. Must be an updated version as up until about a month ago it worked perfectly.
My mate has an iPhone and uses the wristband, she recommend it to use with the app. so I bought it and it won't bind with my Galaxy S7 edge at all. Currently a complete waste of money. I have Android 7. I cannot sync the strap via Bluetooth as it says incorrect pin but there's no info anywhere about this issue and I can't get into the app without binding the strap first. Not a happy bunny.
I bought the heart rate version and I cannot get that to work. I tried the advice someone else gave (about Google fit) and it STILL doesn't work. I've also googled and researched and can't find anything online about it. Not happy. Will probably return if I can't figure this out. Obviously the instructions need to be rewritten
After months of owning the monitor and software while the monitor is fantastically accurate on heart rate and the pedometer function, the fact many other features of the software just plain don't work I'm seriously considering paying more and buying a competitors watch. If the company bothered to have program updates it would concern me less but it feels as if the product has been launched and now is no longer been developed. In reference to reports from others about connectivity problems. Once the phone is turned on and connected I haven't had any problems with the device keeping connected to either of my Sony phones, which I've owned since buying the monitor. If I switched my phone off when I went to bed each night, with my new phone I would curse the program every day.
Sync is not reliable and no information available on what to try to rectify things. Tried contacting Letsfit via app but no attempt to reply to any of three requests for help. Its a pleasing little product but not reliable. Try another manufacturer.
If the app just says "Connecting" all the time, and you have SNS configured, and SNS notifications are still working, then to get the app to sync again disable SNS. It looks like it's hogging the connection to the bracelet. If SNS is not enabled, the I don't know - I just happened upon this situation as well. The app could be better. It gets stuck while synchronising (but is able to resume when the app is restarted). The SNS notification is limited to a hardcoded list of applications and I wish I could add other applications to that list. Updates are very rare so I won't hold my breath for these things to get looked at.
Tracker is fine but fails to sync once Bluetooth is switched off then back on. You can unbind+rebind to get it to recognise the tracker again (easier than reinstalling the app) but we shouldn't have to go through that hassle.
When the app functions.. Great... however each time android updates, I have problems binding. Hoping reinstalling solves. (Did last time)
Mobile and bracelet won't stay connected and won't sync. Very anoying!!
It this app would sync with my device it would be good. It is very intermittent and frustrating.

After latest Android update it refuses to bind with the watch. Auto update is on but no update to software for 5 months. No other way to control the watch so complete waste of money now. Don't buy.
Syncing stopped working after the first day... Same as everyone else. Please fix.
Useless. Unable to sync with fitness tracker. Have to uninstall & reinstall app each time. Huge disappointment.
Sms alerts do not show up on the bracelet. It is turned on in the settings in the app. My phone is a Samsung galaxy s7 edge.
Gives me heart rate, step count, and calories burned which are all useful. Best of all it tracks my sleep which I am most interested in of all the functions.
It won't since with my band even though I have re download it and restarted my phone.
Need to have a nap option to add to the amount of sleep. Once I experienced syncing issues, but just rebooted the band.
Return your watches, it's a con! None of these cheap watches ever work the apps are just pointless. If you don't ask for your money back they wont ever bother to fix the problem.
Alright here is a workaround for ur device not connecting after the first time. 1. Clear cache of the app 2. Turn on Bluetooth 3. Wait for ur device to appear 4. Tap on ur device 5. Open the app immediately and the watch should be connected This is for Android only

Could be a decent app but I can rarely get my phone to sync with the watch which renders it pretty useless.
Doesn't work well. Ugly, buggy GUI. Problems with Bluetooth and syncing guaranteed.
New update is bad now it won't bind with my phone
Not pairing until reinstalling. problem happen with new phone. On old phone with android 4.4 there was no problem
Sucks doesn't track sleep no way to input data. Cheap good for steps only. No response from customer service!!

If it would track my workouts accurately and track my sleep at all or the heart rate activity it would be great. I love that it is waterproof and I don't need s SIM card. Get it together. UPDATE! Ok, since getting this tracker I have learned information that can help. In the Letsfit app under user, select Google Fit On the device you have your Letsfit app (phone or tablet) go to Settings, Apps and then Google. Select Permissions and give permission for google to access apps and information. Now the two should be linked and it will track your steps accurately and also the sleep time which I wanted very much to know but could never get it to work. Very good tracker, affordable and water proof (even swimming) and you don't need a SIM card which I especially like. I don't need to make calls on my tracker, I have a phone for that. It alerts to text message and I can read on my phone. It does everything I need now! Love it!!!
