On directions, the app only mentions the transfer station and line - such as transfer to M2 on Nevskiy Prospect. additionally , you would need to know the end station of the train you are transferring to, so you can go to the correct platform. Ideally the directions woud say something like "Transfer at: Nevskiy Prospect to M2 direction: Parnas". However, having to switch to map mode is a small inconvenience only, and this is a very good app for getting around in St Pete Metro.
