With most phones having biometrics it would be nice if the app would support biometric login

Steals money from people accounts and call it handling fees not a good bank

No use installing this app. Better off going to the website. I could get my account balance on a calculator watch faster than they can fix this month old problem.

LCU is a fairly small credit union so I was surprised to see an app. Not bad but it could use some work. Any links lead back to the website and the information available on the app is minimal. Having to wait sixty days to be able to use mobile deposit? That seems a little excessive.

Had account for years, and for whatever reason now the app doesn't log me in and keeps freezing

Compared to my DCU mobile app (where my husband and I have our joint account) this absolutely sucks. I had to sign up separately for mobile deposits and had to call customer service 5 times before my car loan would show up in my account. And now for the past 4 days it won't open. Hoping that if I uninstall it and try again it will work...

Has issues lately. Have to reinstall to get it to work periodically.

I was using this app just fine and as soon it updated to the latest version it stopped working .i can access through web browser but app doesnt work

Can't log in with this app. My account is set up for it, I can use mobile banking, but I can't even log in with this app. Running 4.4. Easier to just make a bookmark icon on your phone that links you automatically to mobile banking.

Better luck next time guys. Going back to the slow but usable website.

Few useful features. May be alright for someone wanting only to check balances, but LCU's system doesn't update in real time... not a big help.

Annoying when logged in, getting app main screen logs u out. No running balance on view of checkbook, just transaction list.

Yay! Its about time, thank you! Great app and so glad I don't have to bring a laptop on vacation just to keep up with my banking.

Very plain looking. Don't see any way to deposit checks like in the description.. At least it shows my balance.

Will raise ratings when it is. Don't claim something exists until it does.

I have tried numerous times to log on and I am always unable to. The same situation occurs on the mobile site and online site. It is not just me since I have called and had them fix the issue on several occasions.

Glad to see this app finally. Haven't used the deposit feature hopefully it works. It will save me a trip.
