Do you own Lenz heat socks, a Lenz heat vest, Lenz heat insoles or a Lenz heat bandage?
Enjoy the comfort and easy handling by simply controlling your Lenz heat product with your smartphone. The temperature setting can be easily done with one hand.
Smartphone minimum requirement:

Instructions for use:

A) INTRODUCTION VIDEO:

After installing the app, it is possible to watch an introductory video.
B) BATTERY PACK PAIRING:
=====================
STEP 1:
changes to the MENU >>> "BATTERYPACK SEARCH"
STEP 2:

Switch all lithium packs (maximum 2) into the "PAIRING MODE" :
Press & hold the button on lithium pack for 10 seconds until the three LEDs are flashing and the middle LED lights up constantly.
Release the button after them.
Step 3:
---------
Switch "START SCAN" to "ON"
The APP is scanning for lithium packs now, the number of found packs is displayed.
Step 4:
---------
All found lithium packs can be assigned to the body position now.
Press the desired body position by "+" (left or right).
The found battery packs are listed now, by selecting they are assigned to the desired position.
Repeat the process for each displayed Lithium Pack.
Complete the configuration with "SAVE".
Step 5:
----------
Perform registration
Upon completion of registration,
the lithium packs are permanently linked to the app and can be controlled remotely.
A) Heating mode, remote controlled:

Select MENU >>> "HOME" (middle ICON in the lower MENU BAR)
Set the desired heating level by pressing one of the heat level buttons,
During the active mode of the app, direct operation via the button on the lithium pack is locked.
If the app is placed in the background, the direct operation via the button on the lithium pack is released again.
General:
When the lithium pack is not connected to any heating product (sock, vest, intsole, ...)
It will turn off automatically after some time (for further informations please check the instruction booklet).
The lithium pack is activated again by pressing the control button one time.

These are all very expensive products, and yet Lenz demands almost $10 Canadian for full use of the product via the app.... Something they don't mention on the packaging. And to make matters worse, when switching to a new phone, or another users phone there is no option for those Smucker's like me who paid for the app the first time! I not too mention the app is not fully in English nor is it user friendly! Truly a shame given the quality of the products.

These socks are very expensive and the app should be included in the price. There is a free one but it doesn't work. If you look there are other heated socks available that are a lot cheaper yes they don't have an app but this one may as well not have one. Once the socks are worn out I'll be buying some of those. Almost like Lenz is in self destruct mode. Doesn't deliver on what they promise on the package. Should have returned them right away. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The free app isn't even worth one star, but you have to give it that much to leave a review. Lenz website proudly talks about the app for the cell phone. What they don't say is that it isn't free. The socks are plenty expensive; why need I pay more for the app?

Despicable. You can't even change heat levels without registration. Which requires giving them a valid email address because you have to click a link that they email you before the app will let you control heat. For the amount I paid for these, this is a complete disgrace. Contact me when you're willing to let me use the product I bought to its full potential without paying for an app or giving you my email address. Until then the app is uninstalled and you get 1 miserable star.
