iSearching

I purchased 3 iTags and installed the iSearching app on three mobile devices and they all worked flawlessly. I like the ability to change the battery rather than have to buy a new iTag.....however the batteries cost almost as much as the iTag. My complaint is that app will only show a list of itags on the last mobile devices...so you have to search and pair the iTags to the new mobile device. There is also an annoying beep sound from the iTag when disconnected or the phone alarms if it gets out of range of the iTag? Finally, someone needs to write the instructions for the iTags and the App in English that can be understood by English speaking people....The technical instructions are written in broken English by someone who does not know English which probably causes many of the poor ratings here

Not opening the app

The app might work if it could find the iTag. My phone sees it, but the app doesn't. So the iTag is useless.

I read the reviews prior to installing iSearching. I installed and paired it today and without a problem - even though I am an amateur cell phone person. THE ALARM: Some reviewer mentioned it effects their alarm. SOLUTION: Under "settings" at the bottom of the screen, then "double click settings" you can choose either "alarm" or "voice recording". VR does not effect the alarm. BATTERY: Another reviewer said something about the battery not working after it is charged. Where does it say these batteries are rechargable?

The app and tracker work fine. The only problem is when I close out the app the tracker starts to beep, it's very annoying because I don't want to constantly run the app when it is not needed. Please fix!!!

Managed to pair it okay. But it seems to lose connection quite easily and won't connect back. Not very useful if it can't keep a connection.

This product sucks. I can't even get it turned on in order to try to pair it. And all of the reviews suck. It even sucks that you can't find out what app you have to use for it until after you've ordered and received the product.

The device doesn't work after a few weeks. Changing the battery doesn't make any difference. A waste of money.

Needs to improve the app.. When i switch to google map on setting option at that time its goes to force close.. Google map not work with this app

The app stops responding when you choose Google Maps and then click location. The Chinese map doesn't show streets in the U.S. It says you can use it to locate your car in an underground garage, but it couldn't find the device while it was sitting right next to me with Google Maps setting. It also says it will locate up to 75 feet. If my pet or child were within 75 feet of me, I could find them myself. The map doesn't show detail within 1,000 feet, as near as I can tell without streets on it. It only shows nearby business names, and even those aren't accurate. I am attempting to use it with the iTracing device. I wish I knew which app the device was going to use before I had the device shipped to me so I could read the reviews.

Last update ruin everything alarm goes off anytime.

does not work wont load google maps needs baidu map to work and crashes uninstalling

This App works well for finding stuff, like finding misplaced stuff but the location fails and recording doesn't work. It doesn't work with Google map. Urgently improve this app.

Not sure if it was the keyfob or app but as soon as connect is lost the alarm goes off, even if the keyfob is right next to the phone and switched on.

So I went to use this to find my car key... However at some point the app has decided to remove my device so I can't track it!!

Absolutely useless.. waste of money... ultimately a Chinese product... cannot work...

After I installed this app my antivirus program warned me to uninstall it as adware had been detected.

Whenever you turn off the app the beeper starts not helpful at all

It works OK but can't seem to stop the alert alarm. Pressed everything. Had to stop the app in settings to stop it?

Cant connect to phone does not even display on the app but can be viewed under Bluetooth

Kept losing location and sending me notifications, I had to uninstall it unfortunately.

Trust me.. The app work as it should with the China Tracker/Alert Device.. I bought a cheap Tracker.. Surprise, it work as what I aspected even it cheap.. The tracker show my location right.. The anti- lost alert also work as I test to walk away from my phone, and the map pop without any issue when I check on location history, the remote shutter also work as it is, the remote voice recorder was cool, and most important its clean without any ads.. For those who was not success please get help.. It was easy if you know the fundamental ..

I really liked it... I had my husband get me another one. (We got it from a Casino) then we were setting in the bedroom with our baby in the room sleep and all of a sudden the device or what ever you call it started going off and so did my phone. I mean soooooooooo loud. I couldn't get it to shut off fast enough. I had to turn my phone all the way off to make the phone stop, but then the device was still beebing. I do love that you can use it to take a picture, but that is all. If I am not using it for the camera I will not have it on all.

Crashes a lot. Developer must look into matter urgently. Nice concept, hardware. but lots of bugs in app. Service centre at Juhu Mumbai is perfect and very prompt as well as polite. I like service centre response. But App ruined everything.

Worst app ever. Does not even open up on my android. Forget connecting to my device. I am so so disappointed. I just wasted my $ 18 worth of tracker. Its become worthless.

Was a little bit surprised when I saw this apps has alot of bad review, I just newly bought the Bluetooth tracker and so far it works, so I give full stars and hope this could last

App crashes a lot. Will not reconnect to any paired items. Cannot change any of the settings without a crash. Generally unworkable as an app.

This little app really work I was reading what other people said before I downloaded it but I downloaded it install it pressed my little pink thing my Bluetooth automatic connected to it I can use with my camera with it I can track location I mean it really works

App does not reconnect to the tag once the connection has been lost, for example if you went to the bathroom and came back to where the tag is.

It just started going into alarm mode everytime I was a few metres away from the itag, the only way to stop it was to uninstall the app, it has never done this before!
